Doctor Tucker is so wonderful! He's cares and takes the time to figure out what's going on and the best solutions to help you. I would recommend him to anyone with problems with your back. It's hard to find a really good specialist sometimes but not here.

Today’s visit was pleasant and thorough . I very much like working with Dr Tucker and Kelly. However, this appointment was set 4 times with either the office not recording a scheduled appointment or THREE cancellations . Unbelievable that I should have to go through that. I spoke to the office manager who made this appointment and then I find I should have had a referral and almost got this appointment cancelled. Fortunately the receptionist was able to work out something so this appointment was kept. Somebody PLEASE re-evaluate staff training on scheduling and how your schedules are done. I am thankful to Dr Tucker for the way he made sure I was helped and received the correct injections and meds to keep my lower back from pain. When we met with him for the MRI results I was happy to hear that they couldn’t find anything wrong with me. He said I didn’t need surgery, and that my back didn’t show anything that could be causing the low back pain, I was so happy. I came home praising God and thanking Him! I quit taking my pain med that day and everyday I fell stronger and now taking physical therapy. This was also Dr Tucker’s advise. I am learning to use my muscles and body parts and my back is not hurting anymore! My wait in the lobby was less than 5 minutes. Greeted very friendly and taken to a room. I was in the room for just a few minutes then on to my procedure. Five star is too low. Dr. Tucker and his assistants deserve a sixth star. This facility and Dr. Tucker are the “gold standard” and I highly recommend him for back and spine concerns. I was very PLEASE with Dr Tucker and his nurses and i was pretty nervous and they made me feel very comfortable and he explained everything he was doing as he did it.❤️

Dr. Tucker is very patience and explain everything to you. Place is clean and spacious. Like not having to wait more than a few minutes! Haven’t had any problems with the office personnel! Friendly and professional!

Our family physician recommended NTO&SC to determine the cause of my ongoing hip pain. My first appointment was with N.P. Brandon. He was very professional and also personable. He explained and answered questions regarding the tests & X-rays and layed out a treatment plan. Dr. Tucker started the first step of the plan on my second visit. He then explained what to expect from future steps to temporarily solve my problem. He also offered alternative procedures that could permanently repair the hip. We are early in the process but I feel very confident and comfortable with everyone at NTO-SC from the front desk to the medical professionals and everyone in between ! Dr. Tucker and his staff made me comfortable before the procedure and afterwards. I found it very easy to converse with Dr. Tucker and his patient demeanor was far better than other physicians that I have worked with in the past. Very good doctor. Very glad to have someone that is nice and thorough at his job. Would recommend him to people I know with problems that I have. He is definitely the best doctor. Wouldn’t change him for anything in the world.

Everyone at North Texas Ortho is so nice and helpful. Dr. Tucker is so professional, empathetic, sympathetic, and compassionate. I was a wreck at my appt. as I had to leave my husband with my Mom who is in the last stages of Alzheimers with a fractured/displacement of her pelvis and fractured hip. This has been the worst thing that I have ever had to endure and Dr. Tucker was very comforting when I shared this with him. Thank you so much, Dr. Tucker and staff! I have been going to Dr. Tucker for past 5 years. Having worked in the orthopedic industry for 25 years, I have a reasonable understanding of chronic back issues. I have not wanted to have surgery. Dr. Tucker has been a God send to help with different plans to mitigate the pain. He and his staff are excellent health care partners. I have been going there for about 10 years now an they have doctors there for every condition i have so its my favorite place when I need.....

I can’t say Thank You enough to Dr Tucker for all the help he has given me and to everyone in that entire practice. Dr Tucker actually listens to you. If you’ve had as many Drs as I have, in over 40 years, since a bad car accident-you know-so many either don’t have the time-or they don’t need to hear from you-they know it all already. No one that I’ve seen in this practice, has that attitude. I couldn’t recommended Dr Tucker, or this group more. The procedure was a complete success. I’ve been to doctor Tucker for the same procedure before and will go to him for any spinal problems.

Amazing person and amazing assistant Brandon. These guys are empathetic and smart. And living proof that you can still be active and get better after surgeries. Best orthopedic team I’ve had yet.

From the time I checked in until I was released and checked out, I couldn't have asked for a more compassionate or caring team. It was as if my comfort was their sole commitment. I had the lower lumbar steroids injections and because this was my 2nd time and the first was bearable, I opted for the local again. Big mistake. Dr. Tucker was as gentle as possible while still administering the treatment for my best Avantage. If/when I need this again, I will be sedated. I will go to Dr. Tucker for future problems and use North Texas Orthopedic Surgery Center again. A definite yes recommendation! Dr. Tucker gave me wonderful care when I went to see him concerning my back pain. He listened attentively to me as I explained my problem and, after I had some X-rays of my spine, Dr. Tucker had several suggestions about how he thought my back could be less painful. No-one else had given me this amount of hope so I was delighted. He wisely made no promises but at least he is going to try. I was very impressed with his kindness and professionalism and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is experiencing chronic pain.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Dr. Tucker and NTO. I had been dealing with an issue for 5 months. I had gone to a different Spine care facility to start. After almost 2 months of dealing with their clerical mistakes and poor communication, trying to get even 1 appointment to see a doctor, and get a plan of treatment, not only was I still in pain, but their only plan was surgery and narcotics. So I came to NTO for a second opinion. The office staff was a joy to work with. They got me right in. And Dr. Tucker was awesome! He identified the issue, made a conservative treatment plan (no surgery and no opiods). And after a few weeks I am completely recovered and pain free. My physical therapy went so well. Nevin Saju, my PT, was a great guide through my recovery. I will highly recommend Dr. Tucker, Nevin, and the entire NTO team for all orthopedic needs. They truly care about their patients. My experience with Dr. Tucker was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. I have never been personally attacked by being yelled at and called an idiot by a physician who decided my problem was in my head and due to low pain tolerance when his injections did not provide long-term relief. I will never understand why such a person would work in pain management. It took me almost a year to work up the courage to seek treatment by another doctor. I am so thankful that I have found someone else who, listens, believes, and provides help. I would never recommend Dr. Tucker to anyone.
