Seeing Dr. Loyke was a very poor experience. I waited over an hour to see him and was rushed out the door in 15 minutes with very few of my questions answered. After that, I was sent a bill that was coded incorrectly and when I called, I was yelled at by the rude office person named Janice. I went in to discuss several things with the Dr. and it wasn't my problem that my concerns weren't paid enough attention to in order to charge me properly.

Rushed, walked in and out of the appointment at least 5 times to see other patients. Does not pay attention

Has tunnel vision, doesn't pay attention or take the time to look at a patient's chart. Unprofessionally makes excuses for poor medical care from others in his practice and then throws it back on the patient. Not to mention it takes weeks to get a script filled from this office! Difficult to believe he is a Chief Medical Officer of a hospital. I recommend heading in another direction.

While I very much like Dr. Loyke, to say that the office staff is incompetent at best is still an overstatement. No other doctors and staff I have ever seen has required up to a month to process a medication refill request. With office hours consisting of one day per week you will wait months to get an appointment and then wait hours once you get there. Go somewhere else.

Takes the time needed to listen and observe. Very complete from diagnosis and treatment to prognosis. My family Doctor for over 10 years.
