Dr. Christopher Lehfeldt

I live in Indiana. My son attends Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester NY. One day he had a bad tooth ache and went to Dr. Lehfeldt's office in Rochester NY to be seen. It was determined that my son would need a root canal procedure on the bad tooth. Unfortunately, my son's insurance is only good for services in our home state of Indiana. We would have preferred for my son to have the procedure with Dr. Lehfeldt however we had to schedule him an appointment back home in Indiana where insurance would help cover the cost. Even though Dr Lehfeldt knew that my son couldn't continue to be his patient he went out of his way to make sure my son had medicine to help with the pain and reduce the swelling around the bad tooth. He also took his personal time after normal business hours to email me me several times and make phone calls to the pharmacy. How often do you see a doctor that takes their personal time to help someone that hasn't been or won't be their continuing patient. Dr. Lehfeldt just emailed me (9-10) days after he seen my son just to check up and see how he's doing and offer to help if needed. Very Impressive!
