Dr. Chester G Laskowski

Dr. Laskowski does what is best for the patient, not follow rules. He discusses fully, gives options for treatment and works WITH YOU, not just talks at you and insist that you do as he says. I am grateful for him.

He listens to you as an individual, identifies your unique needs and advises accordingly. He takes time needed to answer ALL your questions. He isn’t a pill-pusher.

Awesome Doctor who didn't farm his patients out to specialists, and being one of his patients for 30 plus years I find it very comforting that he only sent me to other Doctors that he trusted

Dr. Laskowski is the best doctor in the entire NorthShore system. He’s taken care of me for 30+ years. His patients health is the top priority, despite the questionable rules and restrictions put on him by NS, CDC and Fauci. Thanks to him and his regimen, I got over Covid19 in 48 hours and I’m now symptom free. You will not find a more knowledgeable or caring doctor. I highly recommend him. I've always trusted and respected Dr Laskowski's care and advice. He has taken great care of me and my family. He's always been totally open and honest and provided all the information we needed to make the best decisions about care. I am sad that he won't be around to be our family doctor here in Mundelein (unless he's staying in practice elsewhere in which case we will follow him). If he's retiring as I think (although Northshore should have told his patients in the letter and they didn't say anything other than that he's leaving Northshore) he will be missed by very many.

Given Dr. Lasowski's stance on the pandemic and the effectiveness of COVID preventative measures I no longer trust his opinion and will be looking for another PCP.

I am thrilled to have found Dr. Laskowski as my PMD. He's a breath of fresh air in that he doesn't just push medications but has the patience to work with me to reverse diabetes through a keto diet plan and intermittent fasting. Weight and A1c have never been better! He truly cares and listens. Wow!!
