Cheryl A Fassler

I have been trying to get an appointment for a very long time. I had my referral sent and called everyday for 2 weeks with no answer. I finally get in touch with someone and they do not have my referral. I just decided to find someone else.

After being diagnosed with thyroid cancer, Dr Fassler has taken great care of my health and been extremely helpful and available for my care. I am grateful for her and her team!

I love this doctor. She's no nonsense, honest and doesn't let me get away with avoiding my issues

Dr. Fassler was great! She spennt more time with me then any other dr ive seen before. She asked if I had any questions and really seemed to care.

Dr. Fassler is an excellent doctor. She is always well prepared for the visit and has studied labs and medical records and actually knows about you and your concerns before coming into the room. She listens intently, probes for information and does not rush or gloss over things. She takes the necessary time and answers questions in a manner that a non-medical person can easily understand. Her style and preparedness is very much appreciated and I believe places her amongst the best in her profession.

I am an experienced physician. Hence I easily recognize the excellence and commitment of an outstanding physician. There are few old school, caring, superior physicians left practicing but Dr Fassler reminds me that there are still a few but very few of the most outstanding doctors left in practice. Anyone who has Dr Fassler caring for them is blessed. Her empathy and attention to detail speak for themselves. A truly wonderful person and physician.

Honestly, Dr. Fassler couldn't have been better. After checking in, and being taken back, the nurse took my vitals, asked the standard questions and exited the room, Dr. Fassler was in the room practically before the door closed. Dr. Fassler then spent an impressive amount of time talking with me and getting a good history of my condition, then gave an examination. It was determined that an ultrasound was needed, and it was arranged that very same day, and the results given to me by phone that very day, by Dr. Fassler herself. I have to say, this was one of the best experiences I've had with a Doctor, she was kind, attentive, and very respectful of my time. I highly recommend her. Patient of Dr.Fassler for about 5 years, explain everything so you can understand. Answers all questions. I am a nurse practitioner and she still explain everything to me as if I am not medical trained. I appreciated that. I highly recommend Dr.Fassler.

Dr. Fassler has been my endocrinologist for many years. She is an excellent doctor.

I can't say enough about how much I appreciate Dr. Fassler. She listens to me. I never feel rushed. She gives me good feedback and has been so kind to me. I highly recomend her.

I’m 37, F, and african American. Dr. Fassler was kind, patient, explained my disease and treatment options (my first endo didnt want to treat me), her office staff is great with scheduling. She reviewed the clinical picture of my disease progression over 9 years and listened to my symptoms. She’s great for autoimmune thyroid disease. I work in provider relations and her bedside manner is stellar compared to her peers.

Total Nightmare! I had to fight with her to even get an appointment. I had to fight to get any testing done. Dr was dismissive of my appeal for exploratory bloodwork-wanting to confirm no endocrine abnormalities. Dr wanted to snipe about my not answering my phone when I indicated in my paperwork a msg could be left- she would not, leaving me to hunt her down for my results with more passive aggression. Dr clearly had no interest doing anything beyond her routine. Phlebotomist/staff was lovely.

She is only concerned about money. She doesn’t respond to messages, it’s extremely hard to schedule appointments and the doctor has awful bedside manner. I would recommend her to my worst enemy.

Worst Doctor I have ever had. miss diagnosed me charged me for test I did not need. when my A-1c was still high after prescribed treatment. She said she did not know what else to do. Horrible Doctor. I now have a Great Endocrinologist. who has my Diabetes under control. sorry I ever went to This Doctor.

Dr. Fassler is so patient and takes her time to understand your issues. She asks lots of questions and is very concern with the well being of her patients.

By singling out Dr Fassler based on her ratings, was hoping she would 'think outside the box' on my thyroid issues. Could have saved my time(and hers) and out of pocket costs if I knew she would just basically parrot the same labs my (non-specialist) internal medicine doc read off the sheet of paper. Also would not entertain non-synthetic meds that I had been on previously with better results, and offered no legitimate reason, other than she did not like them. Will not waste my time going back

I had a fine needle aspiration biopsy of a nodule on my thyroid by Dr. Fassler. It was painless and very quick. You could feel a little pressure during the procedure but nothing close to pain. Dr. Fassler took the time to explain the complete procedure. I was also given a sheet when this appointment was made that answered frequently ask questions. I had a small amount of swelling after the procedure and a little discomfort after the anesthetic wore off. Tylenol took care of the discomfort.
