Would not recommend going here. If you do, check your insurance and what they're submitting/billing. They had to refund me over $400 which I probably only caught by being diligent.

This is what a visit to the Dentist should be. The Doctor was very kind as well as the staff. I felt welcomed and my teeth look and feel great. I am so glad I have this dental office to go to, as I have had some not so good experiences elsewhere. I would definatly recommend this place to my family and friends.

I went in for a routine cleaning. I arrived 15 minutes early and was taken to a back room and prepared. I waited in my chair for the next 45 mins. I walked to the front desk, passing by another examination room where I saw the dentist chatting away with another patient. I informed the front desk of my overly-long wait time, to which the front desk informed me that a previous patient was late and thereby pushed all appointments back. I went back, waited a further 10 minutes before the dentist finally came in. He attempted to be jovial with me. By that time I was having none of it. I informed him that I took time off of work to come to the appointment and expected to be serviced at a reasonable time. After the cleaning was done, I asked the dentist if I needed work on my upper left side. He insisted that he saw nothing in the x-rays that would indicate so. I insisted that he check again. He checked and noticed the previous work that had been done. He then had the audacity to ask if I would like to get the work done. I informed them I would not be coming back. Fast forward 6 months later and they are sending me texts and calling me to set up an appointment. Please. I went in for a routine cleaning. Dr. Ireland is the best. He gives it to you straight and does excellent work. I would definitely recommend him as a dentist

Excellent dentist, very professional and knowledgeable. The staff is very friendly, and the office environment is very comfortable. The dentist was able to answer all my questions, and I have been very pleased with all my dental work!

Very pleasant staff and amazing dentist! Made you feel at ease from the minute you walk in, to the minute you walk out. Answered all questions and gave knowledgeable insight as to what needs to be done. Seriously, check them out, you will be glad you did.

My fiancé went in to get a cavity filled on the top of the front tooth and the dentist completely rounded her front tooth off in between both fronts and made a huge gap in them. He also cut her gums and proceeded to blame her that it was bleeding too much. She did not get to look in a mirror before She left and She kept telling him there is too much build up and that she can feel it stabbing her tongue, he said he couldn’t fix it anymore. would not recommend this terrible dentist. Dorothy at the desk was awesome! Dr. Ireland is great. Nice small office feel not like a factory but like a personal doctor. So glad my family is going there!

Went to him for partial dentures and they never fit right from the beginning. He charged me every time I went back to have them adjusted and still never fit right. The bottom one caused a bone spur and the top broke while eating soft food less than a year old.

I had a great experience from the receptionist to the assistant and Dr. Ireland. Fear has kept me inconsistent with past dentist, but not this time. Very welcoming environment. Dr. Ireland is personal and he educate as well on what he is going to do and gives you several options. You can tell he has been doing this a long time. He made me feel comfortable and that is what keeps me coming back. The dental assistant are great as well. Honestly I could go on and on! Dr.charles. Is a very good dentist he go over EVERYTHING with you about your teeth and gums. His staff are very pleasant They explain to you about the paper work that you have to fill out.There OFFICE is very pleasant to sit in while you wait. I am glad I decided to go to his office.

I have been a patient at this practice for at least 15 years. Dr. Ireland and his staff have always been professional and courteous and I've always been pleased with my care. Both of my sons and now my grandson are patients here now so that speaks to the relationship and confidence I have for this establishment.

Dr. Ireland and his entire staff are top notch. After switching from a larger dental factory/practice I was recommended this Dentist. I felt comfortable and at ease with my new dentist. Dr Ireland helped me attack gum disease without expensive knifevorceven more expensive laser surgery.

Dr Ireland is a fantastic dentist. He cares about his clients and is very honest. He stays current with dental procedures and always employs very competent people. My favorite dentist by far, always enjoy talking with him too.

I went to Dr. Ireland’s office for a toothache and waited over an hour to be seen while Dr. Ireland was chatting away with another patient. When I was finally seen, they did not do the work that was needed on my tooth because they stated it would take an additional 1.5 hours, but the office was empty and it was 10:30 AM. I wasted two hours of my time. I would not recommend this dentist. Very professional and a relaxed atmosphere

The friendly staff got me in to see Dr. Ireland within hours of calling with a gum problem . Polite , professional service all around , clean office , I will make them my dental provider .

I got a root canal and crown, it was quick, pain free and fixed my prior discomfort all in one visit. Dr. Ireland was extremely thorough with explaining each step of the procedure and how to prevent this problem from happening in the future.

Worst experience between appointments that shouldn't of taken too long taken hours because I was left in the chair so they could talk out in the front to hearing them argue mid way through work being done on my mouth while I'm left alone not worth it

Dr. Ireland and his staff are fabulous. I came in to have some major work done, was treated excellently and painlessly. I would recommend dr. Ireland to everyone!
