Unprofessional behavior. Regardless of how “advance” his knowledge of how he conducts business and his “know-how” I find him to be condescending and lazy. It was just off-putting to me.

This place is horrible. Receptionist was very nice but that’s probably because of the scam they run. Dr. Grim charged me 21.00 dollars and didn’t do anything. He said my insurance didn’t cover whatever it is he made up. And I say made up because right after charging me the 21 dollars he claimed I needed a x ray done but if you weren’t going to adjust me without a x ray you should’ve said that in the first place. He’s very arrogant and when he saw my reaction to how he was acting he tried to be funny which wasn’t funny. He even made a joke about how tensed up I was. I’m still trying to figure out what is so funny about someone being in extreme pain. He is horrible! I wouldn’t dare go back here! This place is horrible. I recently moved into Ridley looking for a chiropractor. He's very arrogant and condescending person. Once I was in the observation room, it took him less than 1 minute to offer me for $20 physical assessment which he said insurance wouldn't cover. That was odd. So besides a co-pay, he offers an additional $20 physical assessment. He wouldn't even look at my back without an x-ray because he said 'I don't want to get sued'. I couldn't make this stuff up if I wanted to. Anyway I went to another chiropractor in the area and had great experience and they did not need an x-ray and I didn't need to pay $20 off the bat. His receptionist was super professional and super nice, but he was not. Lastly, it seems odd that he is the head of a fitness and weight loss program when he literally extremely obese.. Dr. Grim is a down to earth, no nonsense professional. He has helped me numerous times. He is very accommodating and friendly. He knows his stuff and has been around. In other words, he has lots of experience. Call him and make an appointment. You will not be disappointed!!!

Guy charged me 30 bucks for a electric shock therapy, when he said he was gonna do everything that my insurance would cover. Every visit was prob 90 secs 3 adjustments and out the door I went. Then when I wanted an MRI he started to curse at me on the phone and said he wouldn't get anything out of it if he ordered an MRI for me. Mr Grim is very unprofessional and I will not be returning! I have experienced disturbing vibes from him along with him breaching HIPPA laws with my personal information in the office in front of other patients. I suggest looking for a professional chiropractor that’s not arrogant and demanding.

I personally don't like this doctor. He's one of those type of doctors that tells you to ask any question then when you ask a question, he gets mad. We was going back and forth because he got offended at me asking a question about his work. He's too bossy in my opinion but then again, I'm bossy too so maybe that's why we couldn't get along. And chiropractor work wise was ok. Nothing to brag about. I had more relief with the ice pack on my lower back then whatever he was suppose to do. From my experience, I'll keep looking for another chiropractor if I was ya'll... I personally don't like this doctor. I started to go to Dr. Grim in April. He wants you to get adjustments 3x's per week to use up all the visits Insurance allows. The adjust was decent but I never got all out of it. He weights about 300lbs and when that is "laying" on top of you, you tense up therefore not getting a full crack of your back. Laser Lipo and weight loss pills that he sells, from a doctor that is morbidly obese is too funny. I didn't have the need to go for 4 months. I was in between insurance companies and called to ask for the "cash" price I was told $50, ok no problem. Then the receptionist called back and said, " you don't have that insurance anymore well he may want to do another initial evaluation". I said if that's the cancel my appt. for tom. B/c obviously he's money hungry. She called literally right back saying $50 for the adjustment and $60 for the evaluation. I never went back. Here is the kicker my 16 year old son cracks my back every other day and I HAVE MORE RELIEF NOW THAN I EVER DID FROM GRIM. I do not recommend. Dr.Grim is an awesome chiropractor. From migraines to sprained ankles he can help you back to health without drugs!!!!

I want to thank dr. Grim for helping me get back to my normal, pain free self again. I've suffered bad upper back and neck pain. Never having surgery before I was afraid that's what I would need. I've never taken pain medicine and didn't plan to either. Dr. Grim explained to me that i didn't need all that , that he would work with me and heal me. And here I am .... pain free and medicine free and surgery free. Thank you so much for healing and taking care of my pain. I want to thank dr. Dr. Grim is a chiropractic health care provider that is 1st class in his profession. I have been with this doctor for 20 plus years. He is the best chiropractor that I have ever been to. I drive 200 miles round trip from Delaware to Pennsylvania to be treated, thats how good he is. I have seen chiropractors that need a map of the human body on their wall, not this guy, his expertise is unparalleled in his profession. If you want less pain in your life & want a man who really knows the human body bar none he is the man to see. Dr. Grim is a chiropractic health care provider that is 1st class in his profession.
