Dr. Charles Raymond Genovese JR.

He is over booked and under staffed. You will wait for hrs and hrs. He does no paperwork no authorizations for insurance. And does not keep up on your blood work. I have been going for yrs. But it is just getting worst on waiting not getting all your prescriptions because he is in such a hurry you best look at your paper real good before you leave. The staff at desk will lie to your face and the insuance company. To avoid doing any real work.

I've been going Dr.G for 20yrs he is a good doctor but his front desk at the moment (2022) is horrible!! Jade that answers the phone needs a new job she is so rude an nasty I'm looking for a new Dr. Just so I don't have to deal with her nasty attitude!!! I hope Doc can find a better staff!

Dr Genovese and his staff are very friendly and professional. Rest assured you will be in good care with them!

Dr. Genovese is very very knowledgeable and truly cares about all aspects of his patients health. I highly recommend him. He is definitely one of the best doctors that I have seen in my entire 51 years of life.

Called to make an appointment and his front desk ladie was so rude and hung up the phone on me all because i said well the website says taking new patients and she said no and hung up

One of the few real Dr’s left. He cares about his patients.

Very professional doctor that cares about your every health need 2 thumbs up as well as a 5 star rating the most caring doctor I have see in many many years!

My only regret with meeting Dr. Genonese is that I didn't find him Sooner. "Salt of the earth", empathetic and personable doctor who is obviously at the top of his game. His staph reflects him well. Special thanks to Larry!

He has been my dr since the pandemic started. He was the only dr who kept seeing patients..he's busy but when its your turn. You get unfixed attention and he is very thorough. He's 10 different drs in 1 and I love the fact of having one appointment besides. Its good music

He’s literally the best doctor I’ve ever had.

This place is very rude and not very professional place. I get here for my appointment and sign in. I sit here for 20 minutes before they even say do you even have an appointment. I wouldn't be here if I didn't. They they say we need all this from you my doc office was supposed to send it over. I call them they are mad because they did weeks ago so they call the office. In the mean time I hear of of the nurses talking about me loud enough for the whole lobby to hear. If I didn't have to come here because I needed an evaluation I wouldn't. This place get a 0 star rating from me. They are incompetent and rude, lazy and have no respect for any person who come into this establishment!!!!!! Dr G is is very understanding and knowledgeable...he's been my dr for 5 years.

Dr.G treated my parents,and now I'm seeing him.He's very thorough and will get to the bottom of of your illness.

Dr genovese is the best physician that I know of when I broke my femur the hospital called him and he was very helpful I've been a patient for over 20 years yes the wait might be long but he has plenty of patients and takes time to explain to all of them he gets a 100 in my book

I've been with Dr. G every since i been here.. he is a good doctor..

He is great doctor he has been my husband's personal doctor for 5 years I would refer anyone to him.

I think that the wait time is Normal, about 20 minutes. The staff is very attentive to patients during check in. And Dr. Genovese is very experianced, carrying on hif father's tridition of patient care over many years. I call him The Rock n Roll Doctor..

Doctor G is very thorough and informative. Above all he is very professional and well qualified, would recommend him to anyone in need. Staff are friendly and helpful. Two thumbs up!!

Since there is no option for 0 I guess I have no choice but to leave 1 star ⭐️! This is a nasty , unprofessional, wait 5 hours to be seen dr office ! You go to the back , which only has 3 rooms and wait for another hour after you've been waiting for 5. The staff that work the front are so inexperienced! Very pleased with services

Today I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Charles Genovese for a broken clavicle. Not only was my condition explained in detail, he also went above and beyond to make sure that I understood everything. His bedside manors are wonderful, at no time was I ever intimidated or made to feel incompetent. I would very highly recommend Dr. Genovese to anyone looking for a down to earth thorough doctor. Dr. Genovese jr, is a wonderful doctor. He's the only doctor that makes me feel comfortable. I never feel like I'm being judged.

Excellent Dr. Compassionate and caring to his patients. He practices medicine to fix people not to worry them or belittle them, like many other doctors like to do these days... He is very easy to relate to. He listens, he understands, he's extremely knowledgeable about the human body's physiological processes than I have ever seen in my entire life! He isaid an amazing physician!

I would recommend him to anyone that appreciates and old school doctor. He takes his time. He doesn't rush patients through like other doctors. He is awesome doctor with old school quality of taking his time with his patients. As a patient I do not feel like he tries to fill a quota and generally cares about his patients

Dr.Genovese was very helpful and made me feel completely comfortable to be open open my problems and medical issues. I would recommend him to anyone. He is definitely a little old school but I think that helped me to be even more open.. All in all he is definitely one of the best docs that I have had the pleasure or unpleasure of meeting !!
