Rude Staff, Pittman does not communicate. Looking or a new provider in my network

I have Sacoirdosdoss had been on prednisone since 1988 . I was sent to see Dr. GALEA and he change my life if not save it. He is the most caring doctor I've ever had the pleasure to be seem by . I have a appointment on February 13 2023 hope he is back in the office .

Dr Galea was very thorough. I felt like he listened to everything I said. I also saw Dr. Swinea in the Baxley office to get test results. Again the staff and Dr. were very knowledgeable and respectful.

Dr Galea was great! He was very professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and didn’t rush through my visit. The front office staff were polite, friendly, helpful, and efficient. The lab students did great. The other person in the lab ( don’t know her name; she wasn’t a student), was not friendly, and was actually a bit rude. She also wasn’t very professional. If I could give negative stars I would. Very unprofessional doctors. I have lupus and have been waiting over three months just to get a script. All they do is bloodwork and never address the issues.

Had my 1st appt with Dr Galea. I was very impressed. Previously I was being treated for RA& Lupus for 7yrs with a Dr in FL. I then moved to GA and seen a Dr In Brunswick. He had told me I didn’t have either, but was miss diagnosed. Instead I had RLS throughout my body. Which I didn’t agree with at all. Forward to today. Dr Galea has asked me more questions about my health than any other Dr has ever done before. He did a lot of tests also. I haven’t got the results back yet. But I feel I can trust what he will say because he is looking at the full pic. I am looking forward to my next appt. Everyone there seemed very nice. So glad I decided to make the 2 hr drive. I have been extremely happy and satisfied with the services I receive from Dr. Galea's practice. Very professional and friendly. If I have a health question, they have the answer or will find the answer to help me. I highly recommend this office to everyone.

Dr. Galea is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I trust him with no reservations concerning my health.

I love Dr. Galea and his staff. I see Push Singh and she has been wonderful! I had several issues that had to be identified, and she found every issue after investigating! Front desk is unreasonable, we drive from a different city to see this physician, but there is no accommodation or notifications when appointments are re scheduled. No one notified us or gave us a courtesy call. When I arrived, I was told to wait 2 hours and still did not see Dr. Charles.

Dr Galea was very forth coming and through the staff very professional and friendly

I love it here. Everyone has always been friendly and polite. Always receive advance notice about upcoming appts. I like that everything I need such as labs, x-rays, seeing the doctor and treatment is all done right there. Love it.

He needs to read up on rare diagnosis before he dismisses a patient's symptoms as if they are crazy. Serious condition's such as primary CNS Vasculitis can have life changing effects if symptoms are ignored. Go to the vasculitis foundation web and learn what the symptoms are and don't make your patient feel like they are crazy when they have a relapse. Office never follows up on phone calls or abnormal labs.

In my experience, Dr. Galea has been a good doctor who listens well to my complaints. He takes his time and doesn't make me feel rushed. He speaks in lay terms so I always feel comfortable in my decisions based on the information I am given. He has a calm and caring demeanor that makes me feel at ease in the office.

Poor unprofessional Dr who doesn't care about his patients!! Never see him on visits. Takes 2 months to fill out paperwork for your work!! Only cares about getting your insurance money!! Nothing but a scam artist.

Very professional, great staff. Very happy with Dr. Galea.

One of the most compassionate specialist I have ever had the opportunity to meet, and glad he and his wonderful office was where I was sent when I had one of the most stressful events of my life. I couldn’t have found a better doctor!

Love Dr. Galea, he always seems to know what I need to change (meds) that is. I appreciate how he takes his time with me and ask questions as well as seems concerned with all meds I take even for depression. I feel like I am there to get treated appropriately and not just medicine thrown at me and told to take this. I like his follow ups. He is very respectful and considerate. Thanks Dr. Galea!!!! Will not be there when you need him!! Also watch out for the biologics he pushes you will end up with TB and never tell you how sick you can get like TB

. Don't expect to see the doctor unless you schedule a SPECIFIC VIST with him. Staff is good but none hold doctoral degree. Out of 4 appointments with the DOCTOR, only ONCE DID WE ACTUALLY SEE THE PHYSICIAN! This is your health. This is YOUR LIFE!

I like Dr.Galea and his Associates they are very helpful and always have time to answer answer any questions that I have about anything. My mom was a patient of Dr. Galea's also and he was a great doctor to her.
