Chan M Park

I love the Chan family, but the past 3 appointments I've had here have really affected how I see this establishment. I truly don't understand why they schedule appointments here because you're not going to be seen for an hour and a half after your scheduled time. It doesn't matter how early you get here to do the paperwork, you will be waiting. You can't schedule anything else for the day because you're going to spend what little bit of free time you may have here waiting for an appointment that only takes 15-20 minutes. I understand other people need to be seen to and all of that jazz, but I truly don't see the point of scheduling an appointment, expecting your patients to respect the appointment but not respecting the appointmentor the patient as staff.

DR. Chan Park is a good doctor. He seems to be overwhelmed with patients. His office is almost always packed. The wait times are a little long. His office staff are either overwhelmed, as well, or incompetent. I have had a few referrals to specialists over the last 2 years and they have dropped the ball on every single one. My husband has also had the same problems with referrals. He a teleconference with DR. Park and was on hold for almost 2 hours, until he hung up. The office did apologize. We have found a new doctor, hopefully things will be better with the new doctor's office.

They are both great. Very knowledgeable and most important they get to you know and your individual needs. They care about their patients and are invested in their success of health goals. My whole family loves them both!

My father has been having really bad allergies for a few months now and today a friend recommended Chan M Park Family Practice. This was my first time calling around 4:25pm on Thursday the 10th of June. I called to schedule an appointment. Sometimes there rude on answering the phone but other then that there great ! Love it

Excellent,thorough and caring services. Goes above and beyond what you might expect from a provider. Insightful and informative. Particularly found printout given at checkout with summary, instructions invaluable as it's so easy to forget the fine details. As a retired RN I find this is a great fit for me.

Both his daughter and Dr Parks are great doctors. I recommended all my friends and family to go to them.

All three providers, no matter how busy they were, have always shown an extraordinary amount of compassion & patience. They go out of their way to may sure my mother-in-law has whatever supports can be provided in caring for her husband and home, he is always worked in as soon as requested, but most importantly they show her they care. I have been a licensed nurse for almost 30 years, and am now dealing with a disabling condition. I have been disappointed in the medical field I used to love, so many nurses & providers forget why they went into medicine, but that isn't the case in this office. The providers are up to date and empathetic, a rarity today, and I highly recommend this practice. Dr. Angela is my regular provider at this practice, I have also seen her father, Dr Chan Park. I've gone to Doctor Chan Park and Angela Park's office for about 3 years now. They're always kind and keep me up to date on appointments of my family and I. They both speak fluent Korean which is very helpful to my Mother. While waiting in the office the environment, is a little crowded and the chairs are a little uncomfortable, however it isn't too bad. Also, it can be 30 to 60 minute waiting periods from your scheduled appointment. However, it is worth the wait. This is a very good clinic.
