Dr Balaban is a very thorough doctor. She listens to her patients and tries other lifestyle adjustments before putting people on medication.

She is an outstanding Doctor. I have been a patient for many years and have trust and faith that she has the best interest in all her patients. She will explain thoroughly and welcomes any questions. I have never had such a caring Doctor and will continue to seek her wisdom for my healthcare needs.

Dr. Balaban is always friendly and takes time to explain any medical concerns. The office is always very busy, but I am often able to get an appointment the same day as calling. The office staff are very business like - no chitchat, but that's to be expected when they are constantly working their butts off. I have never experienced any rudeness from any of them. I highly recommend Dr. Balaban as your family doctor.
