We're in our 18th year with Dr. Cathy, and she's so phenomenal our kids look forward to their annual checkup. She cares for our kids like our own. She listens to parents and gives commonsense advice. The team and office staff she hires are phenomenal as well. They go out of their way to accommodate busy parents by having morning and afternoon walk-in hours (who does that?!). And a nurse always is on the phone for their nurse triage. They don't outsource this like most practices do. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Lisa A- Patient Accounts I have never encountered someone as rude as this person in my entire life. It’s a surprise to me that people with an attitude like hers have been given the authority to work in a children’s facility. You’d consider the staff to be amonsgt a few of the most outstanding and understanding people you come across. However they are not. There was zero communication between doctors and the management and I was told by Lisa that “Doctors have nothing to do with management” well actually they have everything to do everything. Everyone in the staff should work accordingly and as a team. Despite the frustrating situation I was placed in, I held my composure and was as polite as I could be. Meanwhile “Lisa” was speaking in a high tone (you could say practically yelling) KidsFirstPediatric needs to discuss better methods of communication with their patients and amongst each-other. Most importantly they should be trained on listening. Which is the key quality in making patients feel cared for and understood. It’s disheartening to think the staff (more specifically Lisa) did not even have the decency to pretend to listen. I can’t speak for any different locations but I advise everyone to avoid going to this facility. Unless they would like to carry their baby wrapped in urine and bandaids from injections back home crying. It was very unsanitary the way they gave my 2 month baby her shots. The baby had urine all over and I offered to clean her up before the shots being given but I wasn’t even given the chance. The nurse hurrily gave her shots and left. I am extremely disturbed and concerned about the rest of the patients who attend KidsFirstPediatric for their babies health. My son was having chest pain, and breathing difficulty, so he was quickly sent over to the ER, because they didn't want to risk his health. In my opinion, that was great patient safety/service.

doesnt call back or schedule appointments when its very urgent. wait times are horrendous. I have waited more than an hour to be seen on several occasions.
