She's a provider on the K Health app which I decided to give a try. I needed an RX for a simple UTI. I've been getting them on and off for over 25 years and have NEVER had resistance to an antibiotic, but she insisted I get a culture, ok, but then she only offers me 2 places to do it, and the results will take at least 2 or 3 days to come back. If anyone has had a UTI, then you know by the time you're experiencing symptoms, you need an antibiotic quickly because it becomes increasingly painful, but she did not care. So, I had to go back to my usual Livehealth app to get an RX which I did in under 5 minutes. If she can't handle a simple UTI, do you really trust her with anything more complex? And, as a patient, I should be able to make medical decisions for myself. You can give me your knowledge and opinions, but if I want to risk resistance, which I've never had before, then it should be my choice. If it was resistant, at that point I would go in to be seen.

Incredibly rude from the get go (correcting patient on incorrect terminology that only an MD would know the difference of). Didn’t listen to patient at all and made mind up the second she came in, even after being corrected regarding symptoms/circumstances she incorrectly assumed. Refused to provide service and gave half hearted “referral” to a specialist to get me out of her way. Find literally any other physician. They will treat you better, that goes for both definitions of “treat you better”.
