I recently went to Dr. Stephens and she saw me right away. My wait time was less than 5 minutes. She was very professional, friendly, and responsive. She didn't seem rushed at all and spent time discussing my issues, giving me options, and considered my needs to give the best care. I would recommend her to everyone. I don't enjoy going to the doctor but this was a very pleasant experience. Theresa Bentley

What do you have to make a second appointment if your 80 year old relative forgot to tell them they needed a refill on one of their medicines when they called to make an appointment??? Come on, why would you make a patient who does have memory problems, doesn't drive and can hardly walk come back in at another time when it only takes a few seconds to take care of this need!! Another office visit Another payment I guess.
