I have known Dr. Hortillosa for a long time and he is one of the most compassionate providers I have ever met. The previous review obviously did not take into account that he works for a mental health system and depends on others to get the refill requests to him.

He's an awfull dr, who really doesnt care about his patients! And if you go through him for medicine be prepared to do with out alot! Hes the worst about filling your scripts on time!!
