Never listened to me. Assumes that a heavy patient is a lazy patient and doesn’t take them seriously. I had severe anxiety and depression and just threw pills at me and they made me just sleep all the time. Never addressed the issues. Told me that when it felt like someone was pulling apart my thighs strand by muscle strand that it was all in my head.

Dr. Klonel is AMAZING! She goes above and beyond to ensure I am getting the BEST care and treatment. She really cares about me and treats ME as a person and not just a diagnosis. I don’t have to wait in a crowded waiting room. She brings me right in. I know that she is only a text or phone call away (and answers quickly or calls right back). I am so GRATEFUL that Dr. Klonel is my doctor and has been for 10 years!

To the person that left a review regarding not being notified that Dr. Klonel left the Antrim Medical Group Practice: Notification was sent out well in advance that Dr. Klonel was leaving the practice. Why you did not get yours, I do not know, but wanted to clarify for others. She is a very caring and compassionate doctor, and I miss not being able to keep her as my doctor.

Called to make an appt with the dr to find out she's no longer with the practice. Not very professional if you ask me. No letter, no notice to her patients.

Dr. Klonel is the best Doctor, by far, than any other Doctor I've been to in my 70 years and in many different states. I recommend her and her staff highly.

Dr Klonel is a very honest and caring Dr. She is not someone who prescribes medicine to cover up a problem. She tries to figure what the problem is and how to fight it naturally.
