There's really not much to say I love dr.lightford been seeing her for year's never had any problems she always concerned about how I'm taking care of my self I haven't seen her in a couple of years when I did come to see her she didn't judge me she was happy to see me I love me some dr.lightford thank you for your care and service

I have always heard of Dr. Carolyn Lightford within the healthcare community as a nursing employee. I needed a new M.D. and finally set her a my physician. The intake process was Covid-19 aware considerate (clean and spaced out) and easy with touch screen tablet technology. Her front and back office staff was amazing! The lab lady was as smooth as butter for my annual lab work. Let me say that this was my best well woman experience ever! I'm hers for life!

My mother was a patient of Dr. Lightford’s. When she needed refills on meds we called the nurse line. The refills never came and never received a call back. After my mother had been without insulin for a week and her anti seizure meds I called and insisted on talking to someone. When she called me back she was very rude stating that she was “not a millinial that constantly checked her phone or email”. Dr. Lightford seemed cold and uncaring mad basically felt like she was “loading the truck”. The office staff also had an “oh well” attitude. I wish that I could report her to someone because I’m not sure she should be in practice anymore. Very sad because as a black woman she should be more sensitive to other black women and their health issues. I wish I could give her negative stars My mother was a patient of Dr. Lightford’s. I've been going here for years and they have always given great care.

I was impressed on my 1st visit. It's hard finding a primary care physician who isn't just rushing you through a check up. Dr. Lightford was very personable, thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. I would recommend her.

Very personal, professional and understanding. I was very hesitant at first, but she assured me that everything was gonna be OK. I went in crying and left smiling.

Dr. Lightford is a caring and thoughtful doctor who takes the time to talk to and inform her patients. I would recommend her to anyone.

THE BILLING DEPT WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF.

Love them so friendly and respectful and they try to take care of you in a timely manner.

Dr carolyn lightford has been seeing my kids for years. She is great with them and with me. Always taking time to answer any questions we have. The kids love her.
