Dr. Caroline Faith Brown

I called at 3:47 and the friendly young lady said it would be March 27th before they could fix my denture, 13 days away. I said that I would try to get it fixed sooner somewhere else because one of the front teeth had fallen out of the upper denture and was lost and it was hard to remember not to smile at people! She said Ok. At 4:42, after having no luck elsewhere, I called back to get that appointment on the 27th of March. Well, the friendly person must have been indisposed because her evil twin answered this time and was 100% the opposite of the first girl. I explained that I had called earlier and was told I could get the appointment on the 27th but tried elsewhere because of the two week wait and she didn’t like that I had inquired elsewhere one bit! She announced enthusiastically, “Well our first opening is in May. I ended up hanging up on her! Rude doesn’t even come close!!!

Dr. Brown and her staff (Shona, Becca and her receptionist) were all fantastic! I had my first tooth pulled and a bridge put in and I nearly fell asleep in the chair. They were all accommodating, friendly and professional! I would highly recommend them!

Dr. Brown is super sweet but I just do not care for some of her staff that is utterly rude and inconsiderate when calling to make appointments or ask questions. They have "good prices" on some services so I may go back. Honestly, I just plain dread talking to some of the staff( Not Kristi she is great) and condensing rude tone and attitude that is not great for the soul. Just to be able to see Dr. Brown and save a few bucks. Its utterly disappointing but Dr. Brown is great just not overall management/staff. I love Doc Brown and her staff. I drive from Cleveland TN because it will be hard to find another dentist who can beat their operation.

I could never imagine that a visit to the dentist would be a pleasant experience, but Dr. Brown an her staff have a way of making it so. They are friendly, accommodating, efficient and professional. I would enthusiastically recommend their services to anyone.

The women who handle the insurance were very rude..& the dentist has a weird personality she's not much of a people person..if I could leave this place a minus star I would..I will never visit this office again

Dr brown and her staff are sweet as can be! Love their office also! So clean and nice! This was my first appt and can’t wait to finish out my treatment plan!

Friendly staff and a great dentist. First root canal I've had that didn't hurt! I will recommend Dr. Brown to all of my family and friends.

My wife's tooth broke off and she saved the piece. We called Dr. Brown's office and they got her in the very next day, wow! Then, my wife had her teeth cleaned and she is all set for now. So, like most guys, I have not been taking care of my teeth and today was my second visit. Dr. Brown really listens to your concerns and then recommends the treatment plan. I had my teeth cleaned today by Lesley and she was very professional and did a great job explaining everything. We just moved here from Michigan. We love the small town feel of Chickamauga. My wife's tooth broke a little piece off and she call Dr. Brown. After her visit which only took one day my wife said, "What a beautiful office and staff", Dr. Brown fixed her tooth and I plan to go see her also as I will need some bridge work, Yuk! It is so nice to go to a local Dentist and receive excellent treatment. Good business Dr. Brown. Ron & Marianne Mucci
