I have always had a good experience bringing my son here, Dr. Roark is a very good doctor, and has helped my child maintain good health with very infrequent visits. I've heard it said that the best doctor is the one which gives the least medicine. We have had very little need for medicine in my family.

Dr. Roark at Bellevue is horrible. Do not waste your time or money here. I called to make an appointment for my daughter for several issues and stated that on the phone, they said she could cover all those issues. She was in the room with us less than 2 minutes. Did exactly as the review below me did. Would not listen to my concerns, said yea hmm umm. Ok. I can't address those concerns, you will have to see another doctor in Covington office and walked out the room while I was still trying to speak to her!! I requested my co pay back and will dispute any bill that comes to me. This is the worst pediatrician I have ever taken my children to and we will NOT be back! Dr. Roark at Bellevue is horrible. This is a doctor at Bellevue Health Point. She does not listen to what you have to say while your trying to explain something about your child and it is very annoying. All's she does while your trying to talk is say " Umhm, okay, yeah, uh-huh..." so loud you just wanna yell at her and say "CAN I FREAKING TALK LADY!!!!" I guess she has been a doctor for a while and thinks she knows everything but every child is different! While I was trying to explain what was going on with my son she heard a few words then started the umhm stuff. At the end if his visit, she switched his formula to soy. Well I found out soy Constipates babies, if she would have listened instead of umhm uh-huh'ing she would have heard me say he was extremely constipated. She made him worse. I had to take him back and get his formula switched once again... I will not be taking him back there. I am looking for a new doctor. We seen this doctor three times too many!!!!
