Very Helpful on line experience. I was nervous about using zoom. Ms Fizer explained in detail how to download etc. prior to appointment. She was helpful in sorting out a difficult situation in 5 sessions.

I am 30 years old and never have been in therapy. I saw ms fizer 5 times through my eap. With her assistance I was able to develop a plan to moderate my alcohol consumption.

Transformative experience. I was referred to Carol Fizer by my PCP. I have a long history of depression, anxiety and PTSD. I have seen several therapists in the past, however, never felt that I was being heard or understood. After my first session with Carol, I walked away feeling heard and hopeful that positive changes were possible. It has now been 8 months and I feel like with Carol’s assistance, I have begun to truly transform my life in ways that I never thought possible.

I had a series of five sessions through my EAP. With Ms Fizer’s help i was able to get afocus on my life direction. It was a positive experience in many ways

I was referred to Carol Fizer through my primary care doctor’s office. I am suffering from depression and extreme anxiety. In sharing details of my life with her she sat there and laughed at me. She thought my struggles were funny. I question this person’s professionalism and ability to show empathy. I would never recommend her to anyone.

She met me in a time of emergency and it reached all my expectations ... she is the best professional I have ever visited and she has really fulfilled everything in her curriculum.

I have personally had a very good patient care experience with Carol Fizer. I have a very hectic schedule and over the past year she has been exceptionally accommodating. She has responded promptly each time I reach out to her. She listens and has offered constructive criticism and advice to complex issues. I would certainly recommend her to friends and family.

Carol’s a gifted therapist who has helped me grow as a person and face numerous challenges with self awareness and compassion. What works for me is that she has a good energy about her and mixes active listening with talking / probing. She’s also provided helpful tools and approaches that I’ve been able to use successfully outside of appointments.

She instructed me to text when I was on my way for 8:00 AM appt. , but when I called from Watertown when I was on my way I was told that my appt. had been cancelled because another patient bumped me.. The bio says she specializes in CBT and Crisis Mgt.,, though she seems less adept than most I have encountered. It's Mon and I have asked to reschedule. We have another appt for Friday. I might suggest that you look elsewhere for urgent care.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This woman was ridiculous, and I have never encountered anyone so unprofessional in my life. Out of the few appointments I scheduled with her she cancelled, miscommunicated and was late, consistently had her phone/check it repeatedly/respond to non-pertinent messages. She never returned emails. She then texted me MONTHS later mistakenly as if I were another client. When I corrected her and told her to leave me alone, she continued to contact me. Don't bother.
