Dr. Solorzano was fantastic!!! She wasn't actually able to take care of my issue but she got me to the right doctor and was even there during my surgery!! So thankful for her!!!

She removed my thyroid. She and her assistants were great and so professional. Anyone would be blessed to have her as a md. It was clear that everyone at the hospital are very proud of her and her abilities.

I believe she saved my life. I had Hyperplasia, all 4 glands grossly diseased. I feel I waited too late, while I went to over 4 Drs. pleading to help me. She and her team at Vanderbilt are the best. God bless anyone who deals with Hyperparathyroidism.

Dr. Carmen Solórzano has magic hands for the surgeries that she performs. She did my total tyroidectomy in 2008 at University of Miami (SCCC). It was my second one already. I was warned that I could have ended up with serious consequences after the procedure and fortunately nothing happened to me. She even fixed the huge scar that I had from the previous surgery. I thank Dr. Solórzano for everything and most of all for the way she followed up after the surgery. She is the best.

I am very thankful for Dr. Solorzano...She help to see me through Thyroid cancer. She walked me through step by step, answered all of my questions and reminded of questions I forgot to ask! Her expertise was exactly what I needed to make the decisions I had facing me. My surgery was actually a breeze and if you look really really really close, you can almost see a tiny scar remaining from my thyroid surgery! I am so grateful I found her!! So thankful I can say that I am now cancer free!
