I went in for a consult on February 1 of 2022. I saw the doctor and everything went wonderfully at that visit. I was given information about my upcoming colonoscopy and a date for the procedure. Just before the procedure I became ill and I needed to reschedule. I called the office back numerous times to try to reschedule the colonoscopy in 2022, but no one called me back. I did another online consultation with Amanda, January 18 of 2023. It was virtual because Amanda was not feeling well. I was told that someone from the office would call me back immediately to reschedule my colonoscopy. No one has called me. I tried to call the office two or three times since then. It is now February 21 of 2023. I’m not sure what’s going on with the office but apparently they don’t have reliable staff. I’m sure the doctor is aware of this problem since it’s been going on for such a lengthy period of time. On both occasions I paid a $35 co-pay which I cannot get refunded because I actually saw or spoke to a staff member. Obviously, this is totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

Dr Quander saved my life I love the staff and her nurse always caring and prompt. I am fully satisfied and very grateful that she is taking care of me. She does listen To patients and she is very easy to talk to and she honestly cares about her patients. Thank God he led me to her.

I tried approx 6 times rescheduling my out patient procedure left message no one called me back. Maybe they see this review and give me a legit number. ????

Dr.Quander listened to me and “heard me” when I explained what was going on with me ! Can’t say that about the last gastroenterologist that I saw.

Came in for a new consultation, spoke with the nurse practioner Amanada, HIGHLY IMPRESSED with the professionalism. All of the staff members were courtesy and polite. I was taken back early and everyone came in right away, never waited for anyone.

I should have know there would be issues when I went to my first appointment and was told that the “front desk girl” never showed up for work and they weren’t sure how to handle a new patient. A few weeks later I tried to get an rx refilled and it took them two weeks to send it to the pharmacy. The worst part? I was told at my first appointment I was scheduled for an endoscopy/colonoscopy for today. After spending the whole day prepping yesterday I finally found out they never had me on the schedule! I had to find out from a random nurse in the hospital because nobody EVER answers the phone at Dr Quanders office and nobody answers the phone in the endoscopy unit I was told to call to find out when I was supposed to be there. I’ve now asked for an office manager to call me back and haven’t received a call. The “office manager” hadn’t showed up to work yet when I spoke to the nurse at 11am. Clearly this office needs new management and staff. Haven’t even met Dr Quander and at this point I don’t want to. Go somewhere else! I saw Amanda, Dr. Quander's NP and she was thorough and everyone there was very pleasant.

Not sure why only allowed to see one review and sadly it is a 5 star and not the negative ones. When I was first in the hospital she did a procedure on me I ended up bleeding and out of all doctors for Crohn's I ever had I never bled. When she came into my room to talk to me about the procedure she spent less than 2 mins. talking to me about it and the rest of the time talking about how I was going to pay her bill. She is also very forgetful, tried to give me a business card 2x kept forgetting she already gave one to me. This is a sign I need another doctor.

I saw doc for abdomen pain. She ordered blood work and CT scan which came back negative for infections and then said I don't know you may want to get a second opinion She doesn't listen to you. Neglected my appointment two times. Charged me $25 each time for meetings we never had. Unprofessional.

Today was my first visit to this doctor. I must say that this is how doctors and doctor's staff/office should be! She took her time with me. Asked me questions and answered my questions. Listened to my concerns and genuinely wants to help me feel better and get to the cause of my issue. I highly recommend this doctor and facility. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. The entire staff and doctor were excellent. Thanks to Traci Mahood, Vicki Longergan and Dr. Quander for taking such good care of me and displaying such professionalism. I would like to thank the nurse that placed the IV in also. If a person needs a colonoscopy, you can’t go wrong with this hospital and staff.
