How do you turn the one star off?!?!?!? I was diagnosed by Dr. Cargill with Lyme Disease, an incurable autoimmune disease. I took my lab tests home and reviewed them. My husband and I discovered that both Lyme indicators were NEGATIVE. I called Dr. Cargill and told him that I needed him to explain to me how I was positive for Lyme Disease, as I was put on really powerful medicine that was kicking my butt! No call. Not from him. Not from a nurse. I convinced myself that my doctor knew what he was talking about because other things were abnormal on my lab report. I took my medication.I researched Lyme. I changed my diet, sleeping schedule, EVERYTHING! At the end of my medication I needed to see the doctor to request an extended prescription, as Lyme patients should take this medicine for 3 months, not 10 days. When I go in to see him he tells me that I don't have Lyme and I never did! When I called him TEN DAYS AGO he discovered his mistake. I am okay that he made a mistake! He is human and I so am I! However, I cannot believe that he left me for TEN DAYS to think I had an incurable disease and he also left me on that medicine! I cannot tell you the tears I have cried, the depression I have felt, the anger I have felt that I would have to deal with this for the rest of my life! He left me to feel this way, knowing I was otherwise healthy! Unconscionable! In his office, he never even apologized! He just patted my shoulder. Find another doctor! I have taken both of my sons for routine exams and normal illnesses. He has always been very nice and helpful. Glad we have him as our family doctor.

We made an appointment for 8:15am and the day before the receptionist said “if you can come down we will try to squeeze you in” ( this was the day before the appointment). We couldn’t go sit at the doctors office, so we planned on going to see the doctor at our scheduled time the next day. When we arrived the receptionist said, “ you didn’t come in yesterday, so I cancelled your appointment. We will see you today, but you will have to sit and wait.” I have never been treated so poorly.

Dr Cargill‘s care is OK but his staff is horrible. Just terrible they have no compassion it’s obvious they don’t care about their jobs and I cannot believe that he has people like that in his office. When people are sick they want to be greeted at least with a smile. It’s hard to get medications they don’t do their jobs and it is going to keep us from visiting this office

Dr. Cargill always takes the time to make you feel like your his only patient. Top notch doctor and amazing caring staff!!
