Was sent here for Graves’ disease several years ago. Terrible treatment options leaving me struggling with hypothyroid years later. I found him and his nursing staff very pleasant. He just has a dry sense of humor. But I have complained about my neuropathy in my feet for over 5 years, he says they will put me on Lyrica for that, but he's never looked at my feet, isn't that something they do?

Horrible old grump doctor. Care's about money not the patient.

Awful, just awful. Doctor Alexander does not know anything about insulin pumps. Asks about drive, says well your sugars are running high. Doesn't offer any suggestions for dosing changes to improve control. Clueless doctor, he does not care.

I give one star because they did give me an option RAI or Surgery for Graves Disease... the nurses have poor communication with the front. Very bad on returning calls, but document that they do. Nurses have bad attitudes and receptionist doesn't even know what TSH, T3 or T4 blood work is for..? How's that possible? If you get blood work done at different office and anything shows up and needs reviewed, this office will take weeks to get blood work or you will have to come to their office and have them drawn again. Doctor says he prescribes medication but the nurses never call to fill prescriptions. Was told first off when I had 1st appointment that they are very good with communication and would not be left hanging.. but would be dismissed if I didn't follow doctors directions to the T. Very very disappointed with this office and have decided to seek care elsewhere. If you live right next door and can walk in to talk to them, it may work for you. There in the pocket of drug manufacturers that charge ungodly amounts of money for meds, if you tell them you can't afford the meds they drop you! Go there at your own risk. Waited forever in the room alone which isn’t initially a big deal but while I was waiting I heard two men having a conversation outside the room which turned out to be my doctor talking to someone about their vacation for ten min while I waited to be seen. Then when I asked for him to look over my numbers and insulin ratios cause I felt I was having too many lows he completely dismissed me and said his nurse would come take my pump again so they can download my insulin ratios off it but when she did come back she gave me discharge papers and didn’t even ask for my pump (they already took my pump once and brought it back I’m guessing they only got my numbers which weren’t even all there cause I only put in highs to correct them into my pump. They never once asked for my tester and when I offered to email him the entirety of my numbers he didn’t seem interested). He was very friendly and the nurses were to but I had this overwhelming feeling that they were trying to get me in and out as fast as they could instead of really looking into my numbers and ratios. I also found a huge crack across my pump after they had it. I can’t be for sure they dropped it but I know it wasn’t there before. And on top of all this I’ve called him twice to refill my test strip prescription and he still hasn’t. Now I have to call a third time and if he don’t call them in I’m stuck spending full out of pocket money on them cause I’m completely out. I can NEVER get a hold of anyone. Ever. I have been calling now for weeks and still havent gotten an answer

Worst doctor and staff! Called twice because we were having trouble finding the place!!! Got answering service who were completely clueless!!! Arrived onsite at 8:11 for an appointment at 8am and was told we could not be seen and would not be rescheduled because we arrived after the 10 minute rule!!! Unbelievable!! When I went for my appointment to see doc Alexander, he sent his nurse in to inform me that my thyroid nodule was 100% cancerous and to get it removed immediately. He never once came in the room, never touched me, never saw me, never spoke to me directly! When I asked the nurse about a new biopsy to confirm this new diagnosis, she said that the doc insisted I go straight to surgery and not worry about a biopsy. I went to another doc, got a biopsy, and found the nodule wasn't cancerous! :(
