Dr. Bryce E Schuster

I was referred to the wound clinic following a procedure that created a non-healing wound. When I started, I was discouraged and unsure if my wound would heal. Dr. Schuster and his amazing staff assured me they would do everything they could to heal my wound. I had a vacation scheduled and was worried I would not be able to fully enjoy my vacation bc of my wound. They kept their promise, my wound was healed by the time I left for vacation. Dr. Schuster and his staff are kind, personable, and very knowledgeable. Anyone who has the unfortunate experience of a non-healing wound should visit here, you will not be disappointed!

Dr.Shuster is a Dr. who loves his job.Ive seen 3 doctors 4 tests and 1 visit with Dr Shuster he figured it out.His staff is awesome and care about your health.

For nearly three years several doctors have been trying to heal an open sore on the my big toe. It may seem like no big deal but due to a staph infection I could have lost my big toe, foot and more. There was an open hole all the way to the bone. I was finally sent to Dr. Schuster at Norton's Audubon. Initially, it looked like I was sent too late to save everything. However, Dr. Schuster told me if I would do EXACTLY what he said to do that he felt he could save big toe and stop the infection before I lost my foot and more. Needless to say he got my attention. That was Feb. 21st, 2022! So, reluctantly, I did exactly what he said which basically boiled down to Do Not Walk Unless Absolutely Necessary! There were several weeks of a specialty cast and boot to offload weight on my toes. It was not the greatest but Dr. Schuster was correct. On March 28th I was completely healed and released. When you add that his staff is SUPERB and incredibly professional and friendly it's a win-win!

I was recently seen by Dr. Schuster for a wound of unknown origin that I had been struggling with for many months. I had received care from several other doctors but the wound was not healing. During my initial visit, Dr. Schuster made an assessment and performed minor surgery in his office. After two weeks, I was released from his care and I am expecting total healing. Not only was Dr. Schuster knowledgeable and competent but he was also kind and reassuring. He spent a great deal of time explaining the results of the biopsy, going over the protocol that I needed to follow to maximize the healing of the wound and was also very patient with my many questions. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Schuster for anyone seeking compassionate medical care.

Dr. Bryce Schuster and his staff are the most attentive, thorough and frindliest group I've experienced at Nortons. I highly recommend Dr. Schuster and his team to attend to your wound care needs.

You can not get better wound care than Audubon Wound Care. Dr Ogden and his group are the best at what they do. From their wonderful bedside manner, friendly staff, and exceptional care I would never refer anyone anywhere else.

DR Bryce MD Schuster saw my mother’s wound (bed sore) through a virtual visit due to Covid pandemic. He was concerned and recommended she be seen in hospital. She was seen and released the same day from the hospital but he wasn’t happy with those results. He saw her the very next day in his office and ensured she get admitted in the hospital. He is one of the very few doctors that still care and sees my mom, who has dementia, as a person. I highly recommend him to friends and family! DrShuster is very friendly.He has a passion for what he does. He has a team that shows that they care about you and what feelings you may have. Everyone there works hard to meet your needs no matter what they are. My healing was a slow process but they always keep your goals to be healed how long it takes. Dr Schuster treated my elderly mother for over a year. He was wonderful with her and very helpful explaining treatment and medical matters. His cheerful personality is so comforting, plus he’s highly competent.

Horrible bedside manner; extremely abrupt and especially good at "victim blaming" as if your wound problem is all your fault. Gets very upset if questioned at all and has a 'if you don't play my way I will take my ball and go home' mentality. Completely unable to help my husband with his wound and actually didn't even try. Kept pushing un-needed surgery - I guess because he's a general surgeon? We would NEVER go see him again.
