I have gone to Dr. Goolsby for the past 15 years as prior to seeing him I was struggling with TMJ pain and constant neck pain. He has been the first chiropractor who has been able to help with my TMJ pain and get it solved along with his amazing masseuse Li. I am absolutely grateful for all he has done for me and I highly recommend Wilson County chiropractic to anyone in this area who is needing relief from pain. The best thing about Doc is that he takes time to sit down with you find out how things are going, find out what things in your life are contributing to your pain how can he help you. It’s not just go in and get an adjustment and get out. Alongside with his amazing bedside manner he has an amazing office staff. Patricia his wife takes care of all the paperwork scheduling appointments and always works her best to get you in as soon as they can. Lastly Li is an amazing masseuse who is always willing to go the extra way to make sure any pain you still have she relieves and helps. Highly recommend!!! Herniated a disc in my neck and Dr. Goolsby has done an amazing job in getting my pain manageable. No insurance? His prices are so reasonable and they will work with you I needed. He does an amazing job of explaining things to u and making u feel comfortable.

Great doctor with exceptional people skills and very friendly staff...a unique and rare combo nowadays. Wait time was less than 10 minutes, and the care given by the doc's assistants was fantastic. I highly recommend if you are tired of going to your regular doctor, being thrown another prescription, charged and arm and a leg and told "come back and see us again next week". Facility is exceptionally clean, and there was plenty of room for my wife, myself, and my 5 year old to sit down comfortable while we waited less than 10 mins for our appointment. Overally, great guy, great experience. 5 stars, easily. Oh, yeah, my wife is feeling much better after seeing several doctors before she finally found Dr. Goolsby! Dr. Goolsby was awesome! Had a herniated disc that was growing down my spinal canal and I needed surgery I couldn’t afford. Went into his office crying, hardly able to walk! He did as much as he possibly could. And helped bring the pain in my lower back to a manageable pain. He offered to come in after hours if I needed him. He is very passionate about what he does and it shows. Would highly recommend! I finally got the surgery btw, don’t think I would have made it that long if it wasn’t for him! Great place I first went to them for a car accident and after treatment is done I'll keep going back after my first visit I felt better than I had my whole life

My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with our visits! We look forward to how much better each visit makes us feel! Dr. and Mrs. Goolsby are not only professional, but so personable. The office has a very relaxed atmosphere. To top off the adjustment, a massage with Lee is Wonderful!
