Dr. Bruce C Sharpnack

I was told last Friday that I had a appointment on that following Monday. I drive a hour to go to the appointment and I get there and they said I never had a appointment. This was very frustrating and I was very annoyed about this. They really need to get this under control with telling people the correct date and time.

I'm extremely unsatisfied with this office. I called in today to make an appointment for my boyfriend. Due to recent issues his dermatologist recommended he see a PCP. When I called in to make one because this was his most recent PCP, the lady on the phone took all his information but when I told her he doesn't have insurance her attitude completely changed. She immediately became annoyed and said "he's better off going to Cornerstone care or Centerville clinic where they have a sliding scale and he may be able to afford it" I was under the impression you cannot deny a patient based on insurance. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. There are plenty of other doctors around with nicer secretaries, I'll be calling one of them. I'm extremely unsatisfied with this office. I've been seeing Dr. Sharpnack for 10 years. He's a very knowledgeable physician who is willing to spend ample time with each patient. You never feel rushed with him. He found a medical condition that kept returning me to the hospital for years. No one could come up with an answer until Dr. Sharpnack.
