I went in to pick up my eye prescription the lady at the front desk asked me to pay $300 for glasses I did not order through them and when I told her no that was not mine to pay for she got really rude and snappy with me. Lady your job is customer service!! Learn to do your job right and treat people with respect. If you don't like your job find something else but don't make people's experiences at your business awful like that with your attitude. Very expensive, took 6 months of back and fourth to get two packs of lenses and one pair of prescription eye glasses and paid $560. Very bad customer service. I ordered the same lenses from 1800contacts for $19 a box. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. This establishment just screws people out of money because they can.
