Initially Dr. Kaplan was ok. He was my primary doctor for about 10+ years, however, his quality of care dropped significantly in the last 3 years. The missteps started when I had ankle pain and went to see him. He first diagnosed it as a sprain, after it di not heal, he assumed it was gout. finally, after several months he referred me to a specialist. Finally, due to work issues, I missed a couple of appointments and received a letter that he would no longer see me. Thanks for the loyalty Doc.

scheduling horrible. I saw him one time but on my follow up visit I had to reschedule on my behalf. My next appoint. was a 4:15 I show up about 4:10. At 5:05 I approached the desk to see if it would be soon. He still had 2 more people ahead of me, mind you the waiting room was empty at this point. I said I couldn't keep waiting. Being my second attempt this frustrated me greatly but I went ahead and rescheduled again. 2 days later I got a call that they needed to re-schedule again. Done !
