Very poorly managed practice. Staff doesn't know which provider is in the office as any given time. Staff does not inform patient of appointments made for tests, procedures. Or specialists. Getting staff to make appointments is like asking for a million dollars. Getting an appointment is difficult. The front staff are rude if you question them They have too many patients, so they don't put much effort into customer service. The practice is all jumbled up like a big bowl of spaghetti. Very poorly managed practice. Staff doesn't know which provider is in the office as any given time. Staff does not inform patient of appointments made for tests, procedures. Or specialists. The nurse didn't look at what I am allergic to. Seconds before she put two different drugs in my IV, I asked what they were and had to tell her to look at my chart. Can anyone say anaphylactic shock?? Good thing I asked or I could be brain dead. That goes way past sloppy nursing. They weren't even close to being busy so we can forget that "excuse".
