Dr. Brian Kimkyone Gaw

I been trying to make an appointment for months. They never answer. My son has been has been sick I guess the only option is the emergency room. The doctor is good but the front desk ladies are a joke!. Did you closed the office? Please answer! My son needs an appointment. What should I do? Change doctors? That takes up to another month.

My kids has been patients of Dr. Gaw for over 8 years and this is the only doctor I trust with my children. He is very professional and knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and the wait time is always reasonable.

De Brian Gaw is an amazing dr I came across in antelope valley. My twin boys is been going there since they were 6 months. I never had any problems with appointments. He is super flexible with giving appointments and follow up. If I was unable to contact through phone; I emailed him and there was always a reply back from them. All of his staff is really nice. I feel Like some people find the Rude because they are doing everything so fast but honestly they are keeping everyone on track. I have been calling them for months to get results of my daughters labs and to schedule a follow up appt/ physical and of course those lazy idiots won’t answer the phone and they haven’t followed up. Nice voicemail, rude voicemail and still nothing. I’m filing a grievance against them.

He is an amazing doctor!!

The worst staff ever there rude

We had an appt at 3:20 for flu shots. After sitting and waiting for 40 minutes we had to leave as one child had a game to participate in at school. 40 minutes sitting and waiting. To say I am angry is an understatement. This shows no respect or regard for patients.

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Gaw. He performed a circumcision on my son and he was bleeding a lot and screaming. Dr. Gaw seemed confused and asked us again if we had problems with excessive bleeding in the family, we said, "no." After he is done, a nurse comes in and gives him paperwork to sign and he puts his glasses on. He needs glasses and he just performed a circumcision on my son without them. My son experienced unnecessary, excruciating pain and is permanently physically scarred because of this doctor's incompetence. DR. Gaw is amazing, my 2 boys have been going there for about 3 years now ! My one star is for the front office. I have been calling for days to make an appointment and I can't. Everytime I call they put me on hold and never come back to pick up the phone. Doctor Gaw is very Kind and good with my son. 2 stars is for the front office staff. Terrible customer service. No eye contact when speaking to you and have an attitude all the time. They need better front office staff. Not welcoming at all.

I’m giving a four only because I really like Dr.Gaw, he’s very good and listens to what you have to say. On the other hand I would give 3 stars, I can’t ever seem to get through on the phone I’ve been calling the past couple of days. Now today after two failed attempts, I finally get through and they put me on hold. After being on hold for 10+ minutes they hung up on me. I love how they treat my daughter. She got 2 shots her last visit and she did very well because they made her so comfy.

I love Dr.Gaw I’ve Been going to him for years he’s always patient and very knowledgeable and open minded he’s always been great at helping me with anything I need the nurses and staff are always nice I recommend this place truly excellent

Dr. Gaw and his staff are wonderful, they all are very kind compassionate people only issue is getting through on the phone. once you get through you’ll be treated great but it is hard to get through on the phones of course that’s a busy office cause Dr Gaw and staff are such great people.

My siblings have been going to Dr. Gaw for years. He is very friendly and can make everyone feel comfortable. My young siblings love him and know him by name and feel like they are seeing a friend instead of a doctor.

My wife and I had a difficult time looking for a children’s clinic in the antelope valley, and we found this one. When we walked in it was very crowded and the front desk was not the greatest but we gave it a chance. When our son got called we got a really nice nurse. She was great with our son and very polite with us. the doctor was very nice and answered our concerns in regards to our son. The nurse made our son very comfortable before giving him his shots that he didn’t even cry because she was distracting him by talking to him about his favorite Disney characters before he knew it she was done giving him his shots. The receptionist are ALL rude,the rooms they put you in are very dirty! The Dr. Overall is a OKAY Dr.! I will not be returning.

I always seem to have a problem with the staff at this location, not only are they rude but they are downright unprofessional. I don't have an issue with Dr Gaw himself but I do have an issue with the staff and how they handle patients. Overcrowding is always an issue and they don't call in prescriptions fast enough and referrals take forever through them because they pass one note to another staff member who sits on it and nobody seems to have a title that they stick to and are good at. You have to question who actually runs this office the staff or the doctor, I have since changed providers and I won't give the doctor's name because I rather not have their office turn into what Dr Gaws office has turned into, which is an overcrowded mess. Just know, people, that you do have a choice in who you choose to handle your children's care and if the staff is unprofessional then file a formal complaint and let it be known. Goodluck getting ahold of anyone and even if you do expect to wait on hold for a while. Like I said, the doctor isn't the problem but his staff is. Good riddance. Great doctor. Rude front office!! Always have an attitude. Additionally they have been sending me past due invoices for $5 from two years ago that Cigna has proof they have been paid in full.

Dr. Brian gaw is an amazing and great doctor. He listens to your concerns and doesn't rush you out but his staff are terrible especially the front office. They can be rude at times and careless.

Gaw is amazing. The staff could be nicer and the office itself could use a makeover it's a little dirty looking and out-dated. Just need a good coat of fresh paint and some friendly pictures on the walls

Worst possible office staff I've ever encountered. If you plan on getting better, I don't recommend coming here because they don't know what they are doing and just don't plain care about your health. 2 months for a referral? Could be the difference between life and death!!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST STAFF EVER!!!

Dr. Gaw has been a great mentor to me, as a mother of 5 sons, that he's taken care of since birth... and a medical assistant. He allowed me to extern with him in 2010. Thank you, Dr, for being an excellent community member!

Dr Gaw is AMAZING. He is such a wonderful, knowledgeable doctor. We have been going to Dr. Gaw since 2009, for all 3 of my children. My reason for the 3 stars is his FRONT office staff. They really need some lessons in customer service. I've never dealt with an office whose staff is as consistently rude as this office. The back office nurses/staff are wonderful and always super friendly. I really wish that he would do something about the way the front office is run. Dr Gaw is AMAZING. I saw Miranda Gaw and she was really friendly and patient. She has helped alot and I will be returning! I've read bad reviews about the front staff but fortunately I didn't experience that today.

He's a great doctor. Both my children go to him, one is 2 years old and one is 12 . Whatever the concern he'll make sure to ease you by doing what will make you feel better all in all.

Dr. Gaw is the best! Wait time is not bad and he loves his patients. I highly recommend him.

MY CHILDREN HAVE BEEN GOING TO DR. GAW FOR 10+ YEARS. HE WAS SUPOSE TO DELIVER MY 8 YR OLD BUT GOD HAD OTHER PLANS LOL.. BUT THEY STILL SEE HIM AND I AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED.. WE LOVE DR. GAW.

I am so glad I found Dr. Gaw for the children. He is so good with them and spends the time needed to diagnose and to make them feel safe seeing the doctor. We love Dr. Gaw!
