Great experience! Is my new chiropractor. Staff is amazing!!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Bedford for many years. Recently I was in a motor vehicle accident that resulted in back injuries and pain. Dr. Bedford and his staff got me in to assess the level of injury right away. The care and treatment I received was top-notch, and Dr. Bedford made sure my back was returned to normal. Treatment wasn’t rushed, and he listened to me. I highly recommend Dr. Bedford and his staff at Columbia Basin Chiropractic Care.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Bedford and the relief he helped me achieve. I have been suffering with neck pain for some time and was extremely nervous to have chiropractic work due to an experience as a child. He listened to my fears and explained everything that he was going to do prior. Between the adjustments and exercises I am pain free. I very happy that I chose to see Dr. Bedford. Also a big thank you to Haley and Nicole for helping me navigate the journey. I 100% recommend Columbia Basin Chiropractic Care to all of my family and friends.

I started seeing Dr. Bedford in Dec. 2022. I had a back injury at work about 6 months prior that wasn't healing and causing me ALOT of pain. During treatment with Dr. Bedford I did find out that I needed surgery and finally after a couple of months L&I approved it. I go in next week. I can not say enough about Dr. Bedford. He has kept me off narcotics and has managed my pain beautifully. His office gals are nice and efficient. It's very easy to get scheduled. My experience with Columbia Basin Chiropractic Care have been great, They have help me all the way. When I first came in, I wasn’t sure what to expect and to do. They explain everything to me, help me through the process since the reason why I came in is because of an lower back injury, it might not be an extreme one but it’s disruptive enough to cause me to miss some work days and had to change my routine. I work on a farm and am always pulling muscles and throwing my body out of alignment. And Dr. Bedford is there to realign me. My name is Pat age 69, I found Dr. Bedford after a 4 to 5 year search for a Chiropractor that could crack my mid back without ending up in more pain then when I went in. I have out lasted my last Chiropractor of 27 years! Who I saw after I had a car fall on me, doing a clutch job. Blessed to be alive! My Life changed that day! I had 17 broken bones, crushed the right side of my head, Neck and back problems! I have 13 separate spinal issues, all told! My kneck Neurologist said my arthritis in my kneck was so bad I needed to have my whole kneck fussed, t-2 to c-2! A very complicated surgery of at least 18 hours! I decided against it, because I needed to keep working. I am a man I can take it, was my attitude. Because I can't take 12 to 18 months off work! So I did not get surgury. Another said my low back was a mess also! Again I refused fusion there also. Dr. Dan kept me moving when no one else could! Four years ago I got benign positional vertigo, I suffered from it for 6 months, I was given medication that did not work, it was severe so it was difficult to drive or even work. I went to Dr. Bedford and he performed the Epley maneuver on me and I was cured in two treatments. I was unable to perform the Epley maneuver myself. Then last year it happened again, and I went and saw Dr. Bedford again, this time it was only one treatment. For anyone who suffers from vertigo, I highly recommend this simple treatment that is very effective by Dr. Bedford who is trained in this and also in many other treatments, he also permanently fixed my sciatic nerve issue I had 10 years ago. Dr. Bedford knows his stuff. He’s not only given me in office adjustments to help me feel better, but given me a lot of take home practices, exercises, and stretches to prevent future injury.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Bedford! He goes above and beyond just “adjusting” you! He’s shown me exercises to do at home to help keep my spine in alignment and is always mindful of the 30 min drive we have to get to his office. I never feel rushed or like I’m just another patient to check off his schedule.

Dr. Bedford provides excellent care. They can often see you you last minute and are also able to provide stretching/training exercises to help strengthen muscles to avoid reinjury. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this place. The staff are extremely nice and it is affordable. I injured my hands in an ATV accident and needed them adjusted to be able to work again. I went in unable to make a fist without pain. Three weeks later I was back at work and good to go.

My back was so out of alignment I had trouble walking straight. After a few visits with Dr Bedford I am moving much better. He also provided exercises to improve my back muscles to avoid the continued need to see a chiropractor.

Best Chiropractor I've been too in Ephrata. Quick adjustments when you need in and out, but also takes the time to walk through the problems or show you exercises that can help for extra care when you need that.

Dr. Bedford has really helped me with hip and back pain. After I injured myself lifting heavy boxes, he helped me go from barely being able to walk to being pain free. Dr. Bedford identified it quickly, and enacted a therapy that not only quickly reduced the excruciating pain I was in, but got my arm functional again in a matter of very fewdays. He put me on a regime to strengthen both shoulders now so I will not have a recurring issue. I have been to many chiropractic some VA recommended some not. Dr Bedford took the time to exam me and listen to me. He also did a thorough examination to determine the best course of action. The VA may a wise choice in contracting Dr Bedford he is great.

I went to see Dr Bedford for sore neck muscles and a stiff shoulder. After a couple of adjustments he gave me some exercises to work on to also strengthen my neck muscles and loosen up my shoulder. One of these involved doing wall angels, which I found very painful for my shoulder the first couple of times I did them, but after a couple days the pain diminished greatly and now I have back my range of motion in my shoulder and my neck is doing much better. I had ignored the discomfort of a recent fall (remember to count the steps on the ladder when coming back down) for several weeks I finally went to see Dr. Bedford. It took several visits to finally reach the muscles that were knotted up and causing issues with my sciatica. Kudos to Brent for his knowledge and compassion.

Dr. Bedford was recommended to me by the manager of Homestead Hardware here in Coulee City where I reside. I decided to give him a try. I am so glad I followed through with Dr. Bedford's care. I have had such a great experience going to Columbia Basin Chiropractic. My family and I moved to Ephrata from out of state this past summer. I had been experiencing widespread pain due to an undiagnosed neurological condition. While waiting to get established with my primary care physician, I went to see Dr. Bedford. He was able to ease my pain and help me gain back some normalcy in my day to day function. Even now that I have established medical a care team for my condition, I still choose to see Dr. Bedford at least once a month. He is kind and very professional. I saw Dr. Bedford because of severe neck and upper back pain. After a few appointments my symptoms disappeared. I really appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and professionalism the staff and Dr. Bedford showed me, and Dr. Bedford's explanations and willingness to answer my questions.
