Great doctor! Very attentive and extremely efficient with medication management.

Dr. Workman himself isn't so bad. He doesn't seem very interested in you but he does what's necessary. His secretary on the other hand, is awful. She is judgemental, has God syndrome, just plain out treats you like you're a piece of trash. I've never had someone make me feel less than a person than she did. She's rude and talks down to you like you're a nobody and you're lucky she has time for you. I hate feeling that way. I go in with an attitude now and she knows how I feel, and its an unbearable amount of time to even be in the same room with her.

I’ve only been to see him once but that’s because he seemed to just dismiss a legitimate concern of mine without a second guess. He’s only targeted one thing and didn’t even ask if I had any other issues before he was done with the appointment. All this after I had to wait almost 2 hours after my appointment time

Unfortunately, the staff at this Access Health office have been disappointing. I was referred by my primary physician because my meds were causing weight gain. Otherwise, everything was fine. At the initial appointment, I felt that I was treated as a person seeking controlled meds! I felt the staff were not friendly and unhelpful. The wait time was 2-3 hours and this was only for a refill for a prescription. After the 3rd appointment, I had arranged with the doctor, to push out follow-up appointments as they were just simple medication follow-ups. The appointment staff said they could not do a telephone appointment because it had been "too long and he has to lay eyes on you". Sorry, that's not professional or acceptable. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Was worse after being treated by him than before. Very unsatisfactory.

Waited 3 hours to be seen

The lack of professionalism in this place and common courtesy for people looking for mental health is sad. Even at 1st if they would have told me you have to look like you're going off a cliff to evan find the place. Or that I should be prepared for a 2 hour plus wait. I would have been prepared! But then when needing to cancel the appointment to go to physical therapy it would be another 3 months. Topping it off I happen to see the doctor on my way out and asked how long I was going to have to wait till I could talk to someone. He said 2 hours then turned around and walked away. hum was he being sarcastic or just a jerk?? is this a mental health place?? sure didn't do mine any good and didn't even get to a doctor...and I use that word loosely! Who turns around and walks away from a person let alone someone who is supposed to be a professional? He is an excellent doctor

Dr.Workman has been a breath of fresh air to me.Very patient & understanding.

When you have a appointment for 3:10pm and your still waiting at 5pm to be seen is just ridiculous. Our time is just as valuable as theirs. Not complaining about the Dr but due to our time being wasted we will be searching for another Dr.

This man is no DOCTOR! He is rude, inconsiderate, insensitive! He's stuck on himself, his intern does all the work with thr patients then goes and tells the Dr what we spoke about. I then walked into the Dr's office and it was like a WV man cave. He did not help me and nor did he seem like he even wanted to, like I was a complete waste of him time. I lost my son, father, grandparents on both sides and now I've lost my 23 year old sister ... All he did was compare him "problems" to mine. He's pathetic. This man is no DOCTOR! I like Dr Workman, I like Debra Mooney. Is it possible that some of the negative reviews are from not getting controlled narcotics? I have always been treated with respect and decency. Have yet to see a counselor though.

I went for my scheduled appointment (made 2 months prior) only to find out that he no longer practiced there. Thank you for letting a patient know. Apparently he wasn’t referring patients to another doctor either!! Now I’m out of my ADHD medication (which I can function without) the next appointment I can get with ANYONE is 2 months. Thank you for your consideration for YOUR patient.

My wife sees Dr. Workman and has nothing but great things to say about him, but since he has moved offices his staff and those who are there to make sure his patients get the care that they need have done nothing but inconvenience us. For five days we've been trying to get refills on two medications and have had to call 8 times. On day 5 now we've been told we wont have them until tomorrow. Find somewhere else if you need your meds to lead a regular daily life.
