Dr Sakaili has treated me for years. I really appreciate his help and guidance.

Place is very clean. Staff is very rude, went down in first week of June. Been waiting and constantly calling them trying to find out why they haven't called us back about the infusion for my husband. 4 months later finally getting a call from them, saying they couldn't do it. When they are the one saying and suggesting it to my husband. Said he's on his last stage of RA, that it is now in some of his organs. Call today said find another doctor. Really. While we where there in June, a young child setting in the waiting area. Not bothering no one and his new puppy on a lash. Both just setting there looking out the window. Never knew either one was there real quite. The doctor himself came out there yelling at the little boy to go outside. He looked to be no more than 5 years of age. While his grandma was in a room. After we left I set in my vehicle to watch the child until his grandma came out.

Staff is rude and will not return calls. If you are on medication they are careless about getting it sent to pharmacy on time to keep patient from a flare up.

We were going to this clinic, and the staff there are very rude, an unorganized (front desk at check in and miss Tracy) Not to mention they are not wheelchair or Walker, friendly. To someone seeking, help four a bone density issue you could have a fall just trying to get to the door or worse inside. They have trouble sending out bills in a timely fashion such as 30 days it takes 3 months to get a bill for your visit you cant pay the day of visit cause they say they don't know how much it is you will have to wait. you'll receive a bill 3 months later from the date of your appointment . They also tend to schedule appointments after your specialty prescription refill is due So that way, you have to go 4 or 5 days without your specialty medicine. They will also not tell you upon a reschedule, that they will not fill your prescription without you coming in. They also don't care about the side effects. On an eighty one year old person without their medication, causing them severe pain in their legs to where they can't walk and nausea to a patient that already has an eating disorder. Completely disgusting with how they have treated my mom. Do not recommend this neglectful staff. ***** ( try Dr. Nelson him and the staff are super nice ,helpful, and care about their patients he also don't over do it with appointments.elderly people don't want to see you more then they have to a doctor's appointment wears them out already. )******

I was referred to Dr. Saikali by my primary care physician because my rheumatoid factor showed elevated during a recent visit.Once in Dr. Saikali's office I was sent for a dexa scan and was supposed to have x-rays however their x-ray equipment wasn't functional due to a power problem and was told they would do these on my next visit. He stated my dexa scan appeared okay.As noted in the review title, he took NO family history and we have an extensive history of autoimmune disorders. Example two immediate family members with sarcoidosis. In addition we have osteoarthritis, MS, Sjögren's syndrome, fibromyalgia, etc.My second visit a month later I arrive to his office. His PA came in and I tried to give her additional information and was all but dismissed. When he came in he said there was no evidence of autoimmune, but he wanted to put me on a drug which had previously taken off shelves for causing bone death, etc.I've since been referred to another provider.

I have been going to Dr Saikali for 18 years and diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. When I received the diagnosis all those years ago I thought I was done for. He worked out a treatment plan and today I am still mobile and get along better than when I first went to him.

I have always had a great experience, Dr Saikali is great as well as his staff !!!!

Know as one of the best. But long waiting list for appointment.

Very intelligent physician! He has been taking care of my rheumatoid arthritis, and I am able to walk and do more things than I was on other medications! I do appreciate him, and his staff! Thank you very much dr. Saikali!

Since moving to new office everything is rushed and care is suffering.

Tracy in Billing is the most unhelpful, rude human being. Doesn't return calls and is nasty and hateful when you do actually reach her on the phone. Shame on her. She needs to attend a class on compassion and how to appropriately interact with humanity.

My daughter that’s 19 just went to see him….new experience going to doctor by herself…he was very RUDE…acted like she was crazy an not in pain…I will NEVER let her go back or recommend him to anyone!!! He needs to learn bedside manners!!

I received shots in both knees of Gensyn-3 once a week for 3 weeks.

Dr. Saikali was very methodical on my examination today. He looked at every aspect of my symptoms and ordered the correct tests to verify my condition. He is very professional and his staff is as well. I have to say from what I’ve seen he is very experienced in his Speciality and has many satisfied clients in the waiting room. I would highly recommend Him to any of my Family or Friends. Professional Honest and trustworthy.

I am so grateful to our GP for referring my husband to Dr. Saikali. We have found him to be a wonderful and caring doctor who really knows what he is doing. We would recommend him without reservation.

I personal find Dr. Saikali to be rude. Didn't seem to care about spending time with patients. One visit he mentioned doing a biopsy of a rash on my back, the next visit he brushes it off as acne. It turned out to be a Lyme disease rahs. Another visit he seemed upset with me for not being out on the type of birth control he thought was beat, which was due to my history of migraine.
