Dr. Bonnie Her is a true gem. She shows empathy when caring for her patients. The compassion she displays makes her easy to talk to because she's approachable. Never one to downplay your questions or concerns Dr. Her is always looking out for your best medical interest. I would still be a patient if I hadn't relocated.

She's Absolutely Amazing and gives Great life long advise

She's very friendly & takes time to know me and my health issues. I have recommended her to a few friends. Dr. Bonnie Her, you rock!!!

I called to be seen as a new patient to see Dr. Her and the receptionist said to call back until January of next yr 2021 to make an appointment.im sick now not next yr i need to get treated now not nex yr.t very pathetic an unprofessional

Dr. Her is an amazing physician. She genuinely cares about her patients and is so nice!

Dr Her is the most kind and compassionate doctor I’ve been treated by. She spends time when needed and explains everything, very attentive!! If your not an established patient be prepared to wait for an initial appointment. Dr Her is very high in demand!! Once established there is option for same day appointments if needed depending on urgency of the situation! Thank you Dr Her and staff! Highly recommended. Dr. Her is a fantastic physician. She is kind but firm, inquisitive, but not mosey, and informative, but not condescending. She makes you comfortable and then you feel able to confide in her. My confidence in her medical knowledge is high as I have been in the medical field and am now a clinical psychologist. I have complete trust in her as my physician.

dr. Her has been my primary care physician for , i think close to 9 years all together. you will not find a better Doctor anywhere........She basically saved my life a few times....or at least showed me how to save my own.......she is extremely thorough,kind,understanding ....i cant say enough great things about her......"ALL" of the young women (assistants) in her office are incredibly efficient and courteous....they all know what they are doing....going to be a sad day when i have to say goodbye,that wont be for a while.

Tried to call and schedule an appt with Dr Her. The receptionist told me that the next appt available is in October. January just started and it seem like they have no opening till 9 months later. Definitely switching providers.

This doctor came recommended by my new healthcare company. When called to set up an appointment they were happy to help until they asked for the insurance information. Suddenly they were booked until September.

I called to make an appointment and the receptionist stated that the first available appointment to see Dr. Her as a new patient is in August. Nobody should have to wait 8 months to see any physician. One call was all I needed.

Bonnie Herr is not a great doctor. I think she is good for very common issues that are straight forward and obvious. She has a decent bedside manner but I would not recommend if you need someone thorough. Definitely would not recommend to anyone who has a complicated health issue that’s needs to be referred out and researched. Experience has taught me to go straight to Stanford and not bother with anyone in the valley. Medical professional do not have all the answers and the best ones are very open about this fact. She is the best doctor my wife has ever had. She is thorough and has given us good health advice. She has good follow through and communication both during the visit and through her message portal. She stays on top of relevant issues. Can't say enough about how happy we are with her.

Best Doctor ever! Always gives you all the time needed to explain everything thoroughly. Attentive and professional.

Dr. Her is a great Dr. she listens and takes time to hear what you have to say. I never feel rushed or like I am just a number when I have an appt with her.

I have been seeing Dr. Bonnie Her for a couple of years now. She has always been kind, understanding and listens to you. I have called and sent emails on mycart. She always responds promptly and that is always appreciated. Never have to wait long during visits and the rest of the staff are just as kind and attentive. I am very pleased and happy she is my doctor. She will also be my mom's doctor this year also. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable doctor. Previous to Dr. Her I was with another Dr. for 10 years due to insurance I had to change Dr. I switched my whole family over to her. My father had cancer lived and Alaska and passed in 2015. Dr. Her discharged me for rescheduling appointments for which I explained that I was in Alaska with my dad. When I came back I found out she had discharged me, I had been with her less than a year. I didn't even know that was such a thing as discharging patients.

Although her practice has picked up, Dr. Her still tries to spend time with her patience to understand their issues. She is more open to alternative treatments than other doctors.

Bonnie is truly wonderful. She's so sweet, kind and patient. When our pediatrician retired, we took our 5 kids to see her. She's got a wonderful bed side manner and all our kids like her. And trust me, convincing 5 different aged children to see their Pediatrician can be EXTREMELY TRICKY. But Bonnie handled all of them like a champ and now they love to see her. We'd hands down recommend her to anyone looking for a new Pediatrician and who wants to be kept in the loop at all times. She's great at letting you know information about your kiddo at each visit, which is awesome. I always know where my kid is in the spectrum and that helps definitely reassure me that we're moving in the right direction. Bonnie is truly wonderful. She's so sweet, kind and patient. She is down to earth, takes her time with you and encouraging. Very personable.

Dr. Her is great. She is very thorough and takes her time to understand the patient needs. A+++

Dr. Her is compassionate, understanding and knowledgeable. After spending over 15 years with a large medical/hospital insurance that failed to follow up on some of my ailments, in just six months (+/-) she has managed to help me gain control of my health. Dr. Her discusses my health findings and reasons for treatment as she goes along. She has patience, spends adequate time with me and seems to enjoy her job. I thin I hit the jackpot! She also has a great office staff!
