Disappointed. First of all, I waited over an hour to see Dr. Shenas (without any apology). When I did see him, the visit lasted less than 5 mins. I asked about rashes, including a new elevated patch, on my face as well as to remove concerning moles. He refused to do any biopsy or touch my moles because I was pregnant. I didn't understand, as pregnant women are encouraged to investigate potentially cancerous areas as much as anyone, and there is no scientific or medical reason he should have turned me away. What is even more frustrating was I explained in my paperwork that I filled out over 24 hours in advance that I was pregnant & exactly what I was coming in for. If this was really an issue, they should have never allowed me to come. Instead they took my co-pay but provided no actual service. And now I don't know the next opportunity I will have to return, since they clearly don't know how to treat pregnant women. I hope by then it's not too late and my issues don't become malignant.

Doctor was just so wonderful and caring. Highly recommend.

Renovated by gluing plastic on the walls. Waited over an hour, no social distancing. Got taken to a room, waited another 30 minutes. He came in for one minute, decided to do a treatment I was not there for, and then walked out. Waited another half hour, and I finally got up and walked out. Never got to tell him why I was there. He got paid for this non visit

No! Rushed and not interested in regular dermatology questions. Mostly interested in selling expensive cosmetic procedures despite repeatedly saying not interested. Find a regular dermatologist. I now have to since his harried treatment did absolutely nothing.

Dr. Bijan Steareh is more concerned with selling additional plastic surgery procedures whether you ask for them or not. I told him TWICE I didn't want any procedures done and he went on and on about how my face can look younger. I left the office crying because he made me feel much older than I am. What kind of a doctor does this to a patient? A doctor that's in it for the money and not the patient's he services. I wouldn't go back if the appointment and services were free.
