Things have really changed with this Dr’s office. Regardless of when you call for any reason you are on hold for at least 20 minutes! Went in for annual physical and they made me wait for an hour. I had been fasting the entire morning and they didn’t seem to care. Said that they couldn’t draw the blood until after I saw the Dr. Take on less patients and care for the ones that you have! Doctor Braver is an Amazing doctor, but her main referral coordinator person (Nancy) is horrible, no people skills at all, and very mean.

I didn't have to wait too long. The personnel is efficient. Dr Braver is very good.

I hate that Dr Haberland is gone, but I do love Dr Braver!!! I never have a long wait and the staff is always attentive. Either doctor that I see does their best to find and resolve my issue instead of hurrying me out.

Mrs. Braver is an excellent Doctor. She’s patient and listens. The staff is attentive and pleasant.

Love Dr Beth Braver offices, I am going to her for many years, it is a pleasure my annual Visit, is in, examine, Lab work and out in 2 weeks I am receiving my Result card via mail! Just perfect for me! And Dr. Beth always has time to answer any questions. Thanks

Great doctor, perfect bedside manner and honest concern.

Their office is completely in disrepair. They also have a dog running around in the patient treatment area. Board of Health should be advised. The waiting area for the physicians is filled with advertisements for cosmetic enhancements. This area has paint peeling off the front door. Chairs with old cracked upholstery, sloppy sofas with old worn leather (can't imagine any of this has been sanitized due to Covid). I'm shocked that a doctor's office looks like this. I would hesitate to enter a food store, hairdresser or any other place that looks like this. Not a clean environment for a physician.

I stopped by to get my B12 shot today ( policy is no appointment for B12 shots). One lady from the front desk was very rude to me, yelling at me that they have changed the policy. I was like, okay but I am already here… I can’t tolerate the tone she used towards me…. I am switching offices . It is unacceptable to have such a terrible customer service at doctor’s office. To the management- you are loosing patients I stopped by to get my B12 shot today ( policy is no appointment for B12 shots). Dr. Braver was so nice and helpful. Today was my first appointment and I know she is the right fit for me as a PCP.

Dr. Beth Braver is one of those rare doctors who will listen, actually hear you, and chat before offering a “diagnosis”. She is calm, patient, understanding and easy to talk to. In my experience, I’ve never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to be seen. She is in demand, so plan ahead if you want an appointment with her. Her team is also nice. Extremely difficult to speak to provider. Spent most of day on phone attempting to get through only to listen to background music. When I finally reached office staff, to discuss my mother in law’s health issues, conversation was rushed and I had to repeat myself frequently

Wonderful office staff. They handled all issues in a prompt manner. Dr. Beth Braver takes her time addressing each and every concern. She even came back into the room to discuss something I forgot. Professional in every way.

I have met Dr. Beth Braver. She is very nice and, have a very pleasant personality. . She answer all the questions and inst in a rush. I have moved recently and she is now my primer medical provider.

1sr Doctor i have found who listens to what you say. Dose not make a decision for you Lets you be part of all that goes on. Love her been a patient for more than 18 years. My Husband was a patient of Howard They had a great Dr Patient relationship. Staff hard working trying to help when ever possible.

I really wanted to like this Dr but she did not show any interest in helping me. Also prescibed the wrong med for my condition.

Been a patient here, a little over 20 years! Amazing Doctor! Staff always professional, and prompt. I'm a slow person, Lol. But they work with me, without a problem. Even the other Doctors, and Nurse Practitioners, are just as pleasant, they don't rush you, they listen, and Dr. Braver listens and understands. I love her, and now my special husband,Lol. Has started going on a regular basis, he feels the same, as I. We travel from Fort Pierce, to get the best treat I wouldn't trade my Dr. for ALL the money. The Aventura office is a joke. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone. You are either cut off or transferred to a mail box that is full. Terrible customer service!!! The receptionist is a young Latin Straight Black haired girl who is extremely rude her name is Miriam! She slams the window in patient’s face, don’t answer patient’s questions, argues with patients! The level of disrespect is unbelievable. This used to be a good place, but now that they’ve hired young rude inexperienced receptionist like Miriam and another young 20 something man it the worst place!!! You are better off going to another MD office who values their customers/ patients, especially in today’s times. Dr. Beth Braver is a kind, caring attentive Dr. She is thorough and patient with questions. The one thing that I do not like with the practice is their phone system. I can never get through to anyone. You have to go through several prongs and just when you think you are about to get through, you either get disconnected or you get a voice mail. Its extremely discouraging and enough to make me consider changing providers. I complained once and was told I just have to press 8 to reach someone, but you still get a voice-mail after that. Dr. Braver seems like a great, caring doctor. This was my first time at the office. I’m looking for a new primary care physician and I felt welcomed by her. The only thing I have to say, is the front desk gentleman was a little cold. No “please” or “thank you” was going to be said by him.
