Dr. Bernard Rodriquez Finch

I am very unhappy with the work I had done about 3-4 years ago by Dr.Finch. I just had the filling he did for me fall out. The filling bothered me from the beginning by catching floss on it. He did attempt to correct it but it’s come out on its own now. The work around my other teeth doesn’t look natural either. I don’t think he cares about his work. His office or his patients. Compared to a few other dentists who’ve done work for me. Dr. Finch is maybe just old and doesn’t care anymore. Or he actually gets off on jacking up peoples teeth. I’m not sure.

First class in all they do. I was visiting from Canada and they all waited an extra hour to take care of me when I had an emergency.

Office staff has no class or professionalism. My insurance changed when I got married. They said they would not take verbal confirmation that I was covered over the phone from the company. Because it was not processed through the system yet I paid out of pocket to continue my appt. my insurance also paid them because my coverage was active like they tried to tell them over the phone. Dr finch is to refund me, but it has been lost in the mail 4 times now. Right that sounds legit.
