Dr Smith is my new Primary Care Physician I am new to Natchez and relocated from Dallas / Fort Worth Texas with my husband a native of Natchez.. I had experienced difficulty finding a doctor…. Dr Smith accepted me as a new patient immediately after a recommendation from a family member My 3 visits with her… I found her to exhibit professionalism and she cares about you as a person not just a patient… As an example of going above the minimum, there was annual paperwork needed to continue a sensitive matter; she immediately recommended that I request medical records from Texas … Dr Smith during my initial visit made sure all my medical needs were met immediately … Including lab work up etc.. Smith is a very compassionate, thoughtful and thorough, Physician who takes the time to listen to her patient’s health concerns and work with them so that the patient can experience optimum health and healing. Dr. Smith my experience with her my last visit was not good as good as the first time maybe she was just to busy I am use to my primary Doctor listening to me and taking her time to expressed my Diagnosis with me don’t tell me that the Medicine you prescribe me was cheap because of the insurance I have. Other than that she is okay but I don’t like when a Doctor talk over me while I am trying to express my point I know my situation very well I am not from Natchez but I am also a Nurse as well therefore I know how you should be treated as a patient hopefully the next visit will be better than the last one. This particular visit was by tele-health. I have been a patient of Dr. Smith for several years. I have always found her to be professional, as well as, personable. She actually take time to listen and ask pertinent questions. I could not ask for a better primary care physician.

Dr. Smith was very knowledgeable and explained things to me thoroughly.

Dr. Smith is very patient, very professional, and she allows patient's input, intervening when she deems it necessary. I feel blessed to have her as my doctor.

UNDERSTOOD? If you are in need of urgent family doctor care, please DO NOT attempt to see Dr Smith. She WILL NOT see you regardless to emergency if you DO NOT have copay before services are rendered. Most unconcerned, unsympathetic doctor I have ever encountered.
