Dr Ciceovan has been my dentist for many years. She is a caring and goes the extra step to ensure her patients are informed and comfortable. From checkups to veneers, I highly recommend Dr Ciceocan and her staff.

I having been coming here for several years now. I have to say this is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. The staff is extremely friendly, they are always on time and they do the best work. Dr. Ciceovan is such an amazing dentist! I was very afraid from past experiences. However, she is very nice and has a good hand. Highly recommend to everybody. They are always on time and very efficient! Love the staff as well.

Dr. Ciceovan has been my dentist for a while and I never feel nervous when I go for a dental cleaning. She's very good at what she does and her staff are very friendly as well.

My husband and I first saw Dr. Ciceovan when we lived in Palatine. We moved 40 mins away since, but we didn't even try looking for another dentist closer to our new home. Unbelievable root canal! No pain. I think that I actually fell asleep while it was happening

Larissa was incredibly compassionate as I stated that I have sensitive teeth. She talked me through everything she was going to do before she started and updated me on what she was seeing during. She noticed when she hit a sensitive spot and applied some topical anesthetic before continuing. Dr. Ciceovan did a thorough exam and said that all things considered my teeth appeared to be in good shape. She wanted me to come in again before the end of the year to do another exam of my gums as their were signs of minor gingivitis that she wanted to review again before my next cleaning. I was very happy with my treatment, and I am even more happy to find someone I am confident to be my dentist going forward. Yesterday I took my client (I am a caregiver) who has many medical issues including a stroke that affects his speech, to get a second opinion on some MAJOR dental issues. He was extremely nervous and very short tempered with not only the staff but with the Dentist. The entire situation was uncomfortable for everyone but each and every one of the office personal was professional and fantastically compassionate. It is hard to imagine having a better dentist than Dr. Ciceovan.

Can't imagine having a better dentist! Very knowledgeable & professional, genuinely kind & caring, and supported by a top notch staff. I've never paid anything unexpected. (If something isn't fully covered by my insurance, they always let me know what it would cost me beforehand.) And I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment (generally no wait at all). If you're in the area and looking for a dentist, give them a shot. I've been seeing Dr Ciceovan for 2 years and she is the best dentist I have ever visited. Great chair side manner, very knowledgeable, up on latest treatments, bright and clean offices and friendly, competent and through staff. In addition to routine cleanings, I had filings replaced, a root canal and crown. She did a great job and it was much easier than root canals I had elsewhere. Dr Ciceovan's practice is a very good one. I moved away from Palatine but still drive back there for dentist appointments.

I have been a patient of Dr Ciceovan for two decadei now and i would never change this practice to another one even if now i am living 2 hours away. I have had multiple dental works done here over the course of the past 19 years, some crowns as old as 1997 and still looking like new. She has a great attention to detail and she is such a perfectionist. I know I invested in very durable dental work and I know visits to her office are pain free as well. She is very personable and does a great job educating me with my dental health concerns. This is why my overall dental health improved dramatically since I have been under her care. Wait time is never significant and she has one of the best hygienist I ever met. I would recommend you give it a try as all my friends already did and are very happy with her practice. My experience at Dr. Ciceovan's office was the best every single time. I have never had to wait and felt very welcome. I had an implant and 6 beautiful front crowns done. They look amazing and I cannot stop smiling. I received a lot of compliments. The whole process was smooth and efficient. She managed very successfully my low tolerance to pain.The staff is very professional and extremely friendly. The office is high tech, very organized, warm and inviting.I recommended her to all my friends.

Dr. Ciceovan has been our family dentist for the last ten years. We have all ( self wife daughter ) the confidence in the world that we have the best dental care one could receive. She and her staff have always treated us with respect and professional courtesy while making us feel like part of the family.

If there were 10 stars, she would have them. Dr. Ciceovan was recommended by a Doctor friend. I came to her with a lot of tooth pain and with serious gum disease... and scared. I have never had a doctor work as hard and with such knowledge and compassion, to save my teeth. She explained every detail of her plan for me. Today thankfully...I'm pain free, the gum disease under control. I travel 1 1/2 hours plus..to get to her office. She is more than worth the time and effort.

Dr. Ciceovan is the best! She goes above and beyond to make her patients feel comfortable. Very modern and up to date equipment. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They take great consideration to make sure what insurance will cover and give estimates ahead of time so you can plan ahead. And they do amazing work! I have been seeing Dr. Ciceovan regularly since I was a child (for over 15 years). She is an awesome human being and dentist, and always goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome and appreciated. Despite the fact that I travel a lot (often internationally), when I'm back in the States she is always my dentist of choice.

I used to be terrified of going to the dentist. But then I met Dr. Ciceovan. She is the best. She explains the procedures ahead of time. Her office is state of the art. All of her work on me has been great. I bring my kids here. They love going to the dentist. I also have 2 dental insurances which is great for coverage but dealing with insurance companies can be hassle. Her office handles all of the insurance paperwork and makes it headache free. I've known Dr. Ciceovan for a while. She's been my primary dentist for a number of years and, now that I moved out of state with my job, I realize how much I miss the kind of personalized care, attention, and expertise that she provided every time I was there. She's a true professional with a perfectionist attitude, yet gentle and caring, and of great moral integrity. She and her staff have always made me feel confident that I was receiving the best care possible.

I have always been afraid of going to the dentist. I first went to Dr. Ciceovan because I had a cracked tooth. She did a great job of easing my fears. Dr. Ciceovan really cares about her patients and does a great job of making me feel at ease. Her staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have been a patient at this office for several years. I live in a different state but always return to this office for my dental care when visiting friends and family. The atmosphere when first walking into the building is very calm and serene and is a nice transition of walking into the actual dental office located on the third floor of the building. The front desk staff never forgets to greet you and make you feel at home while waiting to be called in. I am always impressed.

I have been seeing this dentist for two decades. Even if now I live almost two hours distance. I would never go to another dentist because her work is always so perfect. She always takes time to educate the patient. Her office is neat and her staff highly professional. I never waited more than 7-8 minutes to get in. I have been a patient for a few years and each time i came for my appointment, the doctor was right on time, very courteous and professional. This is not a Mc.Donalds / Walmart type of dental office, if you are the kind of patient that goes in with coupons or expect cheap procedures done at a cheap price, it is not the place for you. They perform state of the art, high tech dentistry , with amazing results. The staff are highly qualified. I would not go anywhere else.

I never feel like she or her staff listen to me when I express a concern. They're quick to get you in the chair and just and quick to shuffle you out the door. The reality is that the male receptionist is rude, they will always choose the most expensive option for you, and, unless you're willing to fight to be heard you will have limited options with this office. Oh, and her hygienist chipped my tooth and my crown looks like a student did it. Don't go here!
