I have worked with Dr Syed for several years in hospice and also in geriatric care at nursing homes. I have found him to be very knowledgeable and caring as well as easy to work with and always available and willing to answer any questions. He is very kind and caring towards his patients and to the nursing staff. He takes his time and explains things and doesn’t rush when his patients and family members need support.

Dr Syed is amazing. The care he provides is phenomenal. He is very knowledgeable and takes his time with his patients. I highly recommend him!

Very thorough!

My mother had been receiving at home hospice with a group that uses Dr. Syed. Dr. Syed was "insulted" due to my becoming upset over a request for medication that went unanswered (according to my caregiver for a week). Out of pure spite and whilst refusing to even speak with me about it, he summarily and immediately withdrew services from my 93 year old mother. The man's ego far surpasses both his competency and his humanity. There really should be a negative star rating for this particular "professional."

My mother passed away in Parkplace Nursing home after sitting in a chair eight (8) hours with a broken hip while nurses tried to reach Dr. Syed (whom didn't return their urgent calls until 10 AM the next day after her fall). If you have a love one this has happened to contact TX DFPS to file a report.
