Dr. Ashley Yonsook Ki

Absolutely horrible dentist. Extremely rude and unwelcoming, very very cold and uncaring. One of the front desk ladies was nice but the dentist herself Dr. Ashley Ki was awful. I was in severe pain and she misdiagnosed me with having a cavity. She said she would not fill the cavity until I rescheduled and came in for a cleaning. She did not care one bit how much pain I was in, gave me a mouthwash and sent me home. I ended up going to another dentist who could not believe the previous dentist sent me home in that much pain. I ended up having an infection and needed antibiotics, thank god I got a second opinion. DO NOT GO HERE, if you care about your health and safety FIND ANOTHER DENTIST!! These people do not care about you.

I've never had a dentist, or any doctor for that matter, be as rude as she was. I already have terrible dental anxiety, but her behavior has made me never want to return. Doctors should make you feel safe and at ease, I cannot imagine treating another human the way she treated me. Disgusting.

I'm 78 yes old and Dr k charged me several thousand dollars and ruined several of my teeth and I'm now seeing another dentist to trying fix them. Dr k is not a compassionate doctor she's very cold when she speaks to me.
