I absolutely adore Arwen. She is super nice to me. We talk like normal people. She has always been wonderful to me and extremely helpful. I never want to go and get a new doctor.

Just called Dr. Bassler about some symptoms I am having and seeing if I could get scheduled for a covid test. She asked me if I was vaccinated and I informed her I was not. She let out a giant sigh and said “Ugh, whyyyyyy? You know what, I don’t have the patience to argue with you right now”. Very, very, unprofessional and quite frankly straight up rude. Great dr. Wouldnt take me back due to new Insurance and I was going to er often. Plus I needed to have more reliable transportation. I always got to my appointment on time with med van. Not sure what the issue was.

My experience with the staff when I called was terrible. I was treated as if I was a drug addict. All I wanted was to get my medical marijuana card for my pain. I guess I'll have to get meds on the street. They said they don't do that there. And don't want it. Please take your name off the list of doctors. And please get educated on medical marijuana. This is y people are overdosing. Get educated..... ..
