Arthur D Klein

Dr. Klein is a wonderful, patient and knowledgeable physician. He also has a tremendous staff in his office, who are kind, patient and professional in assisting others. They are very quick in getting back to the patients by phone. I am very grateful for Dr. Klein and his excellent staff.

30 minute wait time to have blood drawn. Dismissive receptionist.

The WORST FRONT DESK !!! I have ever encountered. The most uncaring, horrific to talk to, the worst over the phone.....just bad all around. I can't even speak to anyone regarding the wrong medicine I have been proscribed.

All of the staff: nurses and receptionists, are extremely unfriendly, unkind, and rude. The receptionists NEVER answer the phone and trying to flag down anyone from this office is impossible. I switched doctors because I consistently have had bad experiences here. I have always been uncomfortable here.

All good experiences with dr Klein , staff and office personnel!

Been my internist for 20 years. Great guy, excellent Dr, excellent diagnostician.

Klein is awesome! Def a small town Dr feel , but knows his stuff.

He is a doctor for both my grandparents who are in their 90s. My grandmother obviously has dementia and he told us she has no signs of dementia and her memory is sharp as anything. We also recently had to move my grandparents in with a relative for care reasons and he won't sign off to refill my 94 yr old grandfathers prescription one last time before we find them a new doctor colaer to their new home. Not only is this doctor incompetent he is a complete jerk.

Fantastic Dr. Great nurses that work for him etc. But his office staff/secretaries are awful, They never answer the phone, are not friendly when you try to make an appointment and finally get them. This would be a wonderful place if they got better office staff!
