I am also one of Dr. Reyes' long time patents. My life took a turn for the better once I started to see him and was prescribed the right medication. He always asks if what is prescribed is working and do I think a change is necessary. He lets me have a say in what I need. I have never had a problem with his staff. Diana returns calls promptly and is friendly, understanding and efficient. I truly recommend Dr. Reyes' for you mental health needs!

Was prescribed gabapintin, ativan and sleeping pills for narcolepsy. Lol that did not increase my functioning.

Holly Jacobson was the absolute worst to work with. Her persona is dry as if she absolutely hates her job. She’s very sarcastic and condescending. I ended up more hurt than helped after months of dealing with her. Holly gaslights when caught in a lie, lies about the notes she taking and what was communicated, wants yo shove drugs down your throat instead of listening and figuring out the root cause of issues, and denies access to the doctor even after nearly half a year of simply requesting to meet the doctor. I’ve never met anyone like her in my life. My insurance will be notified of this experience.

Dr Reyes listens and seems to really try to keep medicines to a minimum.

Dr. Reyes was very patient and answered all of my many questions. I appreciated that I never felt rushed.

Dr Reyes seems to care more about his patients than he does about rules. He makes me feel that I'm being listened to and heard. I have a brain injury on top of psychotic issues. Dr Reyes listens!

Been a patient of Dr. Reyes for many years. He allows you to have a say in your own treatment. Dr. Reyes is a good man. I worry about the HMO telling him what he can and cannot do for his patients.

The best of the best staff of all time. You all are amazing and go above and beyond to make everything go smoothly. I don't know what I would do if you ladies ever leave (so please don't ????). Dr. Reyes is wonderful and I am happy that I found him!! A+ all around

Setting up an appointment to Dr. Reyes is super easy. You just call and set your date. They are very efficient with billing and setting appoints. I enjoy chatting with Dr. Reyes he’s a great listener and my needs are always met.

My doctor listens to my needs and is understanding and helpful....the whole staff is very nice and seems genuine.

I have been a patient of Dr. Reyes for over 17 years. He manages my needs, listens to me and is available when I need him. His office returns calls in a timely manner. They are friendly, professional and see to the needs of his patients. I love the telemedicine appointments.

Prescribing Seroquel to everyone is a bad idea. It's an ntipsychotic created for schizophrenia. He gave it to me and friends and we did not like the way it made us feel and we had trouble staying awake. He gave it to another friend of mine for sleep and she was getting up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and falling. The first time she broke her ribs and the second time she broke her ankle. This is not meant for sleep. I was wondering why they gave it to my aunt in the nursing home and drugged her into a coma, they give it to everyone in prison to keep them quiet and they give it to people in homeless shelters to sedate them. I saw perfectly normal girls there unable to function within weeks, no longer getting dressed or combing their hair. Read the article by the Washington post. The company AstraZeneca is facing lawsuits because they claim that it can be used for sleep, anxiety, PTSD and agitation from Alzheimer's. KICKBACKS TO DOCTORS !@#$&

Writes a prescription that know one can read. Then doesn’t answer phone and the pharmacist also attempted to call but no luck. Found out this is how this doctor operates he’s not dependent.

There’s a good reason why Dr. Reyes has so many bad reviews, it’s because he’s a bad doctor who runs a bad office. From the very first time I called Dr Reyes office, it was hard to get ahold of them, and when the one time they did call me back they were very rude. I scheduled an appointment, but a few days before my appointment I came into contact with someone who had COVID, so I left multiple messages asking about how we should handle that and if we could switch to a telehealth appointment. They messaged me back saying that we needed to reschedule for a couple weeks down the line but I needed more help than that because I was running out of my medication. The next thing I heard back from them was a message confirming my original appointment, so I went in. They told me they couldn’t see me because we needed to reschedule, and when I asked them what I was supposed to do about my medication they had no answer for me or anything helpful to say to me at all other than to go away. Bad dr.

Rude, hard to communicate with, unhelpful, terrible staff who don’t know what they’re doing, uncaring

My daughter was suicidal and i was referred to Dr. Arjun Reyes by a family friend. Dr. Reyes met with my daughter and spent an hour getting to know her asking her questions. He did not just throw prescriptions at us he worked with what is best for her and i appreciated his time and interest in her. This was a great experience in the scariest time of our lives

My family have gone to see Dr. Reyes when we need to for 10 years. Prior to that we tried about 7 other doctors. When he moved from the West Valley to Moorpark, we just had to drive farther to see him. What higher recommendation can I give?

Dr Reyes saw my mother at Henry mayo in November following a suicide attempt. My mother told me he said maybe two words to her and prescribed her meds. Luckily we found a real psychiatrist that still thinks medicine is about helping patients and not having the empathy levels of a wet noodle.

Dr Reyes was requested at 10:17 by Henry Mayo on Saturday and told the nursing staff that he would be in shortly. Late that afternoon the nurse informed us that he decided to come in tomorrow instead. He showed up over 24 hours later and spent approx 2-3 minutes with our daughter and diagnosed her. His communication and bedside manner were terrible. You could definitely tell that we were just another number to get through before he could leave. He made our daughter feel very uncomfortable.
