I just want to say how pleased I am with Dentology. Over past several years, they have performed two upper molar implants, a NTI night guard, a couple of fillings, and cleanings/exams. All have been performed with the utmost professionalism and gentle pain free as possible care. I have been a long time dental phobic. Dr. Andrews and his team are always caring and extremely competent and organized, so I no longer dread going to the dentist anymore…so long as the dentist is Dr. Andrews and his excellent team! I just turned 65, and now I have Medicare insurance, which Dentology does not accept. This is totally understandable, their services are reasonable priced, and they don’t deserve to be paid the likely steeply discounted Medicare rate. Therefore, even though I have dental coverage for compressive procedures, I have had such a great experience at Dentology I will continue to go to them as a self-pay patient. This is a long overdue review. There are just so many good things I can say about Dr. Andrews and his awesome team that I could go on and on! His dental assistant Emily is awesome, super knowledgeable and skilled, and very caring, especially during long procedures like my two molar implants done in one session. My hygienist Dona is also super knowledgeable, and does an excellent job caring for my gums. I’ve learned a lot from her to better perform my nightly flossing and brushing routine. My gums are the most comfortable they have been in my life thanks to Dona! And the guy leading this awesome team is Dr. Andrews. His surgical and dental skills are superb! He placed a couple of very difficult upper molar implants several years ago. They have performed flawlessly! It’s as if I had never lost those two molars, they feel and perform perfectly like my natural teeth. Bottom line, I don’t think you’ll find a better implant surgeon and general dentist than Dr. Andrews and dental team!

I had the worst experience ever with Dr. Andrews. I went to his practice 4 times, after that I changed my dentist. Was told by new dentist that the treatment they gave me was not needed and on top of that they were charging way more than the average for that service. I told the doctor I thought this was completely unethical. I would avoid going there at all, and avoid being treated for something you don’t need. My teeth are perfectly fine, and I’m very happy I changed my dentist.

Dr. Andrews placed 2 molar implants a year and a half ago. The surgery was painless, and the healing only moderately painful for a week or so. I’m very pleased with the results, they look and feel just like my natural teeth. I think Dr. Andrews and his excellent team are the best in their fields! I have the utmost confidence in his dental surgery and dental work, and my confidence is not won easily… His practice is a truly a state of the art operation, unlike many dentists who still use decades old technology. Have you ever had to have dental impression made for a crown or night guard, and had to endure the discomfort of the metal tray digging in and the awful somewhat suffocating sticky goop? Not with Dr. Andrews! He utilizes a state of the art oral laser scanner, which he shines around your mouth and teeth which produces a digital model that is far more precise than the horrible goopy stuff impressions. He then uses the digital model to accurately produce crowns and night guards using state of the art digital manufacturing equipment for a very precise fit. Dr. Andrews is a caring, very talented, and superbly competent dentist and surgeon utilizing state of the art computer and dental technology. This shows in every aspect of the way his practice is run, from electronic medical records, to a very in-depth and informative website, and to communication via email. Dr. Andrews is a highly qualified practicing dentist. All my experiences have been positive, with remarkable outcomes. Besides being caring and attentive to all my needs, Dr. Andrews responds quickly to any questions at any time. Prior to starting treatments with Dr. Andrews at the Boston office, I had lost all faith in the dentistry field but Dr. Andrews changed back my way of thinking. I would highly recommend Dr. Andrews.
