I moved from the Houston area from a Dr I went to for 20 + years. I was lost, after researching found Dr Vallarino. And I am glad I did. He takes his time, listens, and helps all he can. I have never been disappointed. His staff is amazing. If you are looking for a stand alone Dr not a group setting, he is your man (Doctor)

Dr Vallarino is deeply engaged in my health care. He asks" on point" questions and spends adequate time answering said questions.

I've been going here for a couple of years now and Dr. Vallerino has been excellent! I highly recommend him for all your medical needs. He doesn't placate you or treat you with velvet gloves. He's honest and nice and really is interested in helping you. One thing is, they still require face masks (which I don't agree with) as of 2-2023. It's why I knocked off one star.

Dr. Vallarino has a calming spirit about him and he explains his treatment plan throughly. Very caring and actually listens to my concerns.

Dr Vallarino is so through, and explains everything ,the how and why of treatment. Great Dr.

Please, please answer your phone. It's not a good look when you can't get a live body to speak to when you need one. I've left messages and no one has returned my calls. I understand busy, I don't understand neglecting your patients.

We have never had medical care as exceptional as this. Both Dr. Vallarino and P.A. Maria Shehan are thorough and professional. The office staff are equally awesome and so helpful!

If you are thinking of changing primary care doctors, I highly recommend Dr. Vallarino. The staff is very friendly and professional. Wonderful first visit.

I miss Dr. Vallarino! I moved a few years ago, but I have never forgotten how great and helpful he was to my family.

I never was able to see the doctor. His front office provides one of the worst experiences for new patients I've ever experienced. In my first phone call I was berated because I wasn't sick but wanted to switch doctors. I suggested an annual exam would be a good way for me to learn if the doctor is a good fit for me. After explaining that, finally they allowed me to make an appointment only later to cancel it after denying service because of my insurance. However they state they are in the PPO provider network of my insurance. Absolutely one of the worst front office experience I've ever seen in a doctors office. He really listens and I feel like I am apart of my health care plan. He is very humble and kind.

I have had over 10 primary care Doctors and if I took the patience, time, attention to detail, and true concern for patient care from all of those other doctors you still wouldn't be close to what Dr Vallarino and his whole staff provide.

Doctor Vallarino is highly ethical, professional and very caring of his patients. He takes the time to listen to you, he’s patient and does not make you feel rushed during your appointments. Office staff and nurses are also very helpful and nice. I would highly recommend him!

Dr. Vallarino is very professional and listens to what you are experiencing. He is always responsive and willing to help. His staff is friendly and prompt.

Dr, vallarino is one of the doctors on my Aetna Medicare plan. After filling out all the paperwork and waiting 30 minutes to see him, he walked into the looking at my file and said "I don't treat type one diabetics. He then turned around and left!

Dr. Vallarino's office staff is completely incompetent. This was to be my second yearly physical with Dr. Vallarino. As with last year, I called to schedule an appointment weeks in advance, only to be told I had no appointment when I arrive at his office on the scheduled date. Last year, the staff was able to get me in to see the doctor, this year they were not. I do not recommend this office.

Awfter reading all the good reviews I took an apt. For my foot pain. He suggested x-ray.I did the xray on the same day and its been 2 weeks now they havent called me back with my results. I called them twice one directly to voice mail second call the receptionlist said he has to sign it off (week after). Never going back.very irresponsible.

Dr. Vallarino impressed me the first time I met with him as being a physician who partners with you instead of rushing in and giving you a prescription. He is constantly assessing, so when he talks to you, he's where you are. He takes the time to be sure what he says makes sense to you, that he's speaking on your level. Dr.Vallarino is also one of the smartest physicians I have met, and I've worked with quite a few. I trust him.

Dr. Vallarino has always taken time to listen to me and help me. I've never felt rushed through, and if he was running behind I'm sure it was because he was being so thorough with his other patients. Great doctor.

The physician's office changed my appointment to a different day. Misplaced my personal medical information and asked me to complete all the forms again when I came in for my 9:15 appointment. I don't know whether the physician is competent or not, because I walked out as the clock neared 10:00 without any any update on how much longer the wait would be.

Went for a physical and to find a new doctor. I felt that he was just 'going through the motions' for a physical. I have been walking around long enough to have had many physicals and I know a good and I know a not so good (going through the motions) and the service I got was definitely uninspired.

My husband and I have been well cared for by Dr. Vallarino and Ms. Branson for about two years now. We started with great expectations, having been told a lot of positive by a urologist friend. We have been pleased beyond our hopes. This team (and it's everybody--the front office, the nursing staff, the lab guy that's there early in the week... everybody) works with you as your partner with compassion and acceptance. If you ask a question, you get a good answer. If you have an opinion or idea about your care, they not only listen, they take you seriously. Granted not everyone is in a position to know, and are happy to be told what to do, and you can have that too. But if you do not agree with a particular plan or you have an idea, or you tried something and it worked for you, you can discuss it with them. I feel safe and secure with Dr. Vallarino and Ms. Branson. And that's a rare and wonderful thing these days. (They also READ and are up on current research.)
