Extremely disappointed in multiple visits at this location. Sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions. I loved my PA upon meeting her and initially felt confident in choosing this as my new GP. It all went downhill when one of my annual appointments came up. I had to take PTO to go to my appointment, but was running late coming from work and was 6 minutes late. They turned me away and told me I needed to reschedule. I rescheduled though frustrated I had just used PTO and now would need to use more. During that time my medication lapsed and the front desk told me I couldn’t have it filled until I saw the doctor, which I had an appointment for the next week. Allowing daily medications to lapse without consulting the doctor is a huge issue. At my appointment my PA told me the front desk never told her about this and that next time I should request to speak directly with her. The front desk shouldn’t be making decisions for patients… that’s the real issue. Fast forward to this past week. I made an appointment to see them because I had Covid symptoms. I went and was tested. They called later that night and left a voicemail telling me I have Covid. My symptoms kept worsening so I called two days later while in quarantine to ask for advice. They never returned my call. Today I receive a rude voicemail saying they’ve been trying to call me to inform me I have Covid and to call back to let them know I’m aware… I understand they’re busy but there’s zero empathy, understanding, or follow through on something as simple as a general voicemail box going on here. It’s disappointing to say the least especially because I do like my PA. I feel like a number here. Extremely disappointed in multiple visits at this location. They never return calls or answer there phones

A wonderful doctor ! He is very well informed, takes lots of time explaining things to you, and he is very kind and considerate. His office staff is friendly and accommodating. If you are looking for a terrific doctor I highly recommend Dr. Purcell.

Nice practice. Be prepared to wait excessively long periods of time for no reason at most appointments. Today, I was in the exam room for my 10:15AM appointment for 30 minutes listening to the doctor have personal conversation with his staff about their discolored water in their homes while I sat there waiting. Dr. Purcell is very attentive to my needs and takes the time to be sure I completely understand any information he is giving me or any procedure that I will be undergoing. I never feel I am being rushed through an appointment to meet timeline.
