I received care from Dr. Alvarez a long time ago. At that point, he exhibited an astounding lack of curiosity and compassion. Perhaps he has grown into his role over the past decade.

One of the best wish I could see him again since he moved to (the)Sun lol :-p

I have been seeing dr alvarez for ten years and recommend him highly. He goes above and beyond putting his patients first . I have needed much help and I have been in capable hands.

Called to schedule an appointment and was left on hold for 30 minutes. This is after I called 3 days ago and left a message for a call back that I never recieved. Obviously these people dont care about patients so Im glad I will be going somewhere else

Dr Alvarez is an amazing Doctor. He listens to your concerns, and is very nice. I've been a patient of his for years, and have never experienced anything but a professional atmosphere.

I have seen him off and on for several years and he is an excellent doctor.

Did not discuss med changes. Put me on three antidepressants while in the hospital. Upon discharge did not call the pharmacy and order medication he put me on. While in the hosp. I started to feel worse everyday due to changing my meds. Upon discharge I felt like I was dying.

Impossible to get appointments with and always late for appointments. I have waited an hour to see him. Once in appointment, he does not seem to really pay attention to you.
