Office staff isn’t polite whatsoever. Long wait time every time. Hour in lobby, hour in office. They don’t care about your health. They used to have a good doctor who cared. But now they just try to get new expensive medicines to you even if your usual ones work perfectly fine. Just trying to make commission and get paid.

If you like waiting over an hour to see the doctor this is the place for you! Been there 3 times in the last 3 months and every time I arrived at the appointed time. Every time I had to wait at least an hour to see the doctor. No apologies or explanations were offered. The actual appointment took less than 5 minutes each time. I would understand if this was a cardiologist who had a medical emergency at the hospital but I fail to comprehend while a dermatologist cannot show up for an appointment on time. The actual appointment consisted of the doctor seemingly going over a script and prescribing the usual medications. Good thing there is more than one dermatologist in town. Will never go back here.
